About Scott J. Hesekiel

Scott J. Hesekiel, CFP is a Senior Vice President, Wealth Advisor, Consulting Group Analyst, and Senior Investment Management Consultant at Morgan Stanley. He has been assisting clients as a Wealth Advisor for more than 35 years – all at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Scott joining Morgan Stanley, he earned his B.S. in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.

Scott leads The Tufton Group, a team of seven professionals, addressing the comprehensive investment consulting needs of their clients. He listens to understand individual needs and goals and develops solid long lasting relationships. Scott has an immense passion for helping his clients reach their financial goals.

Always gaining knowledge within the financial space, he underwent extensive training to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. The rigorous certification process included completing an 8 month comprehensive course of study and passing a two-day 10 hour CFP® Certification examination. Upon graduating Lisa began her career in the Bureau of Public Debt Treasury Department conducing the weekly Treasury bill auctions then moved onto Legg Mason as a Municipal Bond Trader for 23 years. Once Legg Mason sold their Financial Advisors to Smith Barney Lisa moved onto Ferris Baker Watts to continue her long career in Municipal Bond Trading. However Ferris Baker Watts was bought out by RBC three years later and Lisa was on the move again. She began her next career with Morgan Stanley with the Tufton Group where she remains 14 years later. She has 40 years of experience within the industry and has been with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2008.

As an integral part of the team, Lisa utilizes her 40 years of experience in the financial services industry to help clients achieve their life goals. She is diligent in providing each client with exceptional client service and is committed to building strong client relationships.
