About Duane Gurbach

Duane Gurbach, CFP®, is a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Certified Financial Planner™. Duane and his team pride themselves on exceptional client service and developing customized wealth management strategies. Duane joined the Morgan Stanley team after graduating in 2011 from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BS) focusing on Finance. About Christy Sanchez

Born and raised in Houston, Christy Sanchez has spent more than two decades helping individuals, families, and business owners make confident financial decisions. She began her career in 2003 in retail and small business banking with JPMorgan Chase, where she developed a deep appreciation for understanding clients’ goals and the role thoughtful financial guidance plays in their lives.

For the past seven and a half years, she has partnered closely with Duane Gurbach, originally serving as a Registered Client Associate and now as a Financial Advisor on the team. Together they focus on goal-based financial planning, helping clients clarify what they want to achieve, implement personalized strategies, and provide ongoing support as life evolves.

Known for her warm communication style and ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable steps, she is committed to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and understood throughout their financial journey.

Pablo studied Finance at the University of Houston–Downtown through the Marilyn Davies College of Business. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Pablo came to the United States as a teenager with his mother, who worked her way to become a published cancer researcher. That journey instilled in him a deep respect for perseverance, opportunity, and the importance of legacy.

Now based in Houston, Pablo is active in several local organizations that support underprivileged youth, including the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife Angelica, exploring new restaurants and wines, and spending time with their three French bulldogs—Lily, Louis, and Henry.
