About Paul Magliaro
With a career spanning over three decades in the financial services industry, Paul's experience extends to executive financial services, particularly in assisting corporate executives in managing their investment portfolios. His strategic insights encompass a variety of approaches, including tailored strategies related to restricted stock and executive compensation.
Paul's dedication to his clients goes beyond their transactions. Paul managed an office was the Producing Manager of the Burlingame, CA office for over 12 years where he learned that servicing a client is a team effort, requiring care, enthusiasm, and creativity. As a natural entrepreneur, he has always taken an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to his work which was clearly displayed when he took the reins to create a unique 10B5-1 practice at Morgan Stanley, expanding his reach with clients to better serve their needs.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ, Paul joined Morgan Stanley in 2002, after working at Hambrecht & Quist and Robertson Stephens in San Francisco. His passion for sports and exercise finds a home in Menlo Park, CA, where he resides with his wife, Cara, and their three children: Jack, a student at BC, Kate attending UW, and Elena in high school. As a dedicated community leader, Paul actively engages in education-related philanthropy, particularly focusing on the needs of first-generation college students. By serving on the board of the Peninsula College Fund for six years. Paul's commitment to giving back, coupled with his love for the business, fuels his enthusiasm for his work at The Oak Knoll Group.

About Elise Mincey
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Elise was a Senior Business Consultant with Ernst & Young, where she advised financial institutions on their investment selection, trading, and risk management practices. Elise graduated summa cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she received her B.S. in Finance, and is a holder of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ®) designation, as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ®) certification.

About Alexander M. Anstead
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Alex helped Silicon Valley unicorn Clari establish and execute their Go-To-Market strategy. Alex is a graduate of University of California, San Diego. He studied Cognitive Science while working in UCSD’s Molecular Cognition Laboratory, creating neural networks for algorithmic trading strategies and conducting multivariate experiments.
Being committed to continuing education, he completed Yale School of Management’s Executive Education program, Wealth Management Theory & Practice, and holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation. When not working, you can find Alex spending time with his wife and their dog, or training for his next endurance event.

About Ryan Brown
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, while leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Ryan began his career in financial services in 2006, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2011 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Licensed Premier Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a minor in Management. He lives in Half Moon Bay, California with his family. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys playing golf, road and mountain biking, and spending time with friends and family. He also volunteers his time as a youth sports coach and at several non-profit organizations.
