David Shorr is a Managing Director and the Founder of the Shorr Wealth Management Group. David provides bespoke solutions to Private Wealth clients by learning about their unique needs and creating customized plans to meet their financial and personal goals. David graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting. Additionally, he has worked at Ernst and Whinney, Lehman Brothers and UBS Financial Services prior to joining Morgan Stanley in August 2022. David supports the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp which supports children and families coping with serious illnesses. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family.

Dan works as the team’s Investment Consultant where he assists clients by choosing specific investments that best align with their personal and financial goals. Before joining Morgan Stanley with the Shorr Wealth Management Group in August 2022, Dan worked at UBS for the past 10 years where he maintained his role as an Investment Consultant for the Shorr Wealth Management Group. He brings over 19 years of experience in the financial services sector focusing on client investment management working with high net worth and institutional investors.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University. He currently lives in Westchester with his wife and three children. In his free time Dan enjoys coaching and spending time with his family.

Peter is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years of experience investing in global markets across virtually all products. Over the course of his career, he has both worked in trading and investing roles at prestigious firms like Tiger Management and Bankers Trust and started multiple financial companies from scratch.
He graduated from Yale University in 1991 with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Peter joined Morgan Stanley in October 2025 to work with select clients and help them get the most out of the firm’s many capabilities.
Peter is married with 7 children and lives in Nashville, TN.
