About Us

At The Shoreline Wealth Management Group, we take a different approach to wealth management. We believe that using a holistic, multi-disciplined process is paramount to your long-term financial success. As part of working together, we develop a deep understanding of your personal and financial life, as well as your short and long-term goals. We get to know your extended family and your aspirations for your children, and we want to thoroughly understand your business. We use this information and more to create your individualized, comprehensive financial plan that becomes our shared roadmap to help you reach your financial goals and objectives and leave a legacy, if you are so inclined. We then create tailored and highly customized investment strategies to help you get to where you want to go on your financial journey through life. And, as your life evolves and priorities change, we evolve with it - adjusting your financial strategies as appropriate along the way.

We strive to simplify your life and guide you to make financial decisions with objectivity and perspective, not emotions. We help you manage risk and navigate the complexities of the financial markets. During turbulent times, we guide you through and help you stay the course to reach your goals. We are your central resource for all aspects of your financial life. By handling the day-to-day activities that come with managing wealth, we enable you to focus on what you enjoy most.

Working With You

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, writer and pioneering aviator

Working together with you, we employ a time-tested and disciplined process. With an emphasis always on risk management and downside protection, we help you attain and, most importantly, maintain your wealth. Our process has four steps:
    Icon Image
    Discovery
Akin to “financial doctors”, we first conduct a financial health assessment. We have an in-depth discussion about your objectives and help you prioritize your goals. We gather information about you, your family, your work, your lifestyle and your philanthropic aspirations and endeavors.
    Icon Image
    Analysis
We are data driven when analyzing your portfolio and your financial goals and objectives. We systematically review and scrutinize all your financial assets, liabilities, insurance and tax and retirement income strategies, before ever making any financial recommendations.
    Icon Image
    Individualized Strategy
In developing your comprehensive financial plan, we bring all the financial aspects of your life together. It includes specific strategies to meet your short and long-term goals. When identifying investment options, we look at them in the context of your overall financial plan, not just as investible assets. We view investing as a means to an end to achieve your goals. We obtain your feedback on the plan and the investment strategy – and revise both as needed.
    Icon Image
    Implementation and Onboarding
Once your assets are transferred and your strategy is implemented, we work closely with you to help you access all the great tools you have at your fingertips as a client of Morgan Stanley. We check in with you regularly and are always available for any questions or needs. And then we strive to become the “Chief Financial Officer” of your financial life – there to support you and assist you with any and all decisions that touch upon this important area of your life.

About Brad Gaglione

Brad believes that an effective and successful Financial Advisor fully understands their clients' families, passions, and goals before getting into any investment advice. Luckily, this is Brad's favorite part of the job - Meeting with clients, getting to know their families, and building a level of trust similar to one you might have with your family.

With this approach to client relationships, Brad assumes his role as an Advisor with the upmost responsibility and respect.

At his core, Brad is a planner and an architect. His father was an engineer and spent countless hours in front of his draft board designing machines, ensuring each one was as detailed and precise as the other. This emphasis on the importance of the design and foundation for things is reflected in his passion for architecture and his approach for creating Financial Plans. Like custom homes, Financial Plans are based on the client's necessities, aspirations, and goals.

Brad started in the financial industry in 1995 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. From an early age, he was interested in capital markets, which propelled him to study Finance in college. Thanks to several mentors in the industry, he saw a professional future of building long-lasting relationships with families and helping them manage their wealth.

As part of his commitment to his clients to provide the best services and advice, Brad received the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designation from the Wharton School of Business, and also holds the Portfolio Managing Director and Alternative Investments Director designations.

Brad lives on the coastline in Milford, CT, and lives with wife Jill, daughter Dylan, and son Brady. Thanks to the standard his parents set when it comes to work ethic, ambition, and family, Brad incorporates these values into his everyday life. He is heavily involved in coaching youth sports (football, basketball, and baseball) and is also involved in his children's schools, where he is active on multiple committees. He and his family are passionate about animals, the environment, and traveling to Nantucket, Sanibel Island, and Vermont. Most importantly, Brad is most passionate about passing on the same values his parents shared with him and teaching his children to be caring individuals.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys studying the real estate market, as well as learning and appreciating fine home building. He enjoys getting outside for a round of golf, tennis, pickleball and skiing. Perhaps not surprising with his passion for architecture and design, Brad also restores old Land Rovers, especially the iconic defender series.

Technical analysis is the study of past price and volume trends of a security in an attempt to predict the security's future price and volume trends. Its limitations include but are not limited to: the lack of fundamental analysis of a security's financial condition, lack of analysis of macro economic trend forecasts, the bias of the technician's view and the possibility that past participants were not entirely rational in their past purchases or sales of the security being analyzed. Investors using technical analysis should consider these limitations prior to making an investment decision.
