Our Story and Services

Greg’s path into wealth management began well before finance—he spent seven years in an events firm, building a Northeast territory and gaining broad, real-world business exposure across industries ranging from healthcare and manufacturing to specialty markets. At 26, a book sparked his interest in investing and ultimately led him to Merrill Lynch, where he partnered with Bob, a former electrical engineer for a defense contractor who brought an analytical, systems-based mindset to the practice. Together, they expanded their capabilities through business lending and transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2008, where they have grown into one of Atlanta’s leading advisory teams. Today, the team supports a diverse client base—from multi-generational, dynastic wealth to young professionals—focusing on long-term relationships with people who value straightforward advice, high-touch service, and disciplined execution. A key differentiator is our proprietary investment models and a performance-driven approach designed to deliver strong outcomes across market cycles.

Comprehensive financial planning

Regardless of what stage your life is in - moving ahead in your career, enjoying retirement, or somewhere in between - as your Financial Advisors, we can help you achieve your financial goals.

Using a suite of tools that includes goal-specific analysis, we can work with you to create a realistic, holistic strategy that integrates the various aspects of your financial life, including your investments and cash management needs.

We can create your personal roadmap to help achieve and protect your goals — a framework that makes the connection between your life goals and your financial resources, and provides a baseline for future discussions.

Build a Comprehensive Personal Balance Sheet and Detailed Financial Plan

We will thoroughly document and understand all aspects of your balance sheet. We provide a detailed analysis on all of your assets and any and all debts. From this, we then can model a variety of different financial goals going forward. These include how you must build your portfolio for a secure retirement, and for all other life goals including things like planning for your children's education, establishing a comprehensive estate plan, the selling of a business, and managing executive compensation plans, just to name a few.

Your financial plan is not only how we establish a new relationship, but consistently monitoring and updating it through the years is often the foundation of our relationship with our clients.

Analyze and Advise on Current Investments

When reviewing your current investments, we give unbiased analysis on all current investments you might have and any sort of debt associated with them. It is during this time that we will also introduce a prospective client to all of our proprietary investment models. Any potential changes that we suggest are also considerate of minimizing any undue tax implications.

    Estate Planning

Based on a family's total net worth, there are different categories of sophistication needed to establish a proper estate plan. While we are not attorneys, we can not only work in conjunction with your attorney, and also have a deep bench of estate planning specialists inside of our Morgan Stanley network.

    Manage Debt

We thoroughly review your mortgage, car loans, credit cards, and any other debts that you may have in order to help determine where you can save on interest and create a timeline for your debt payments by prioritizing which ones should be paid off first.

Strategies Built for Your Goals

We have a variety of proprietary investment models purpose-built to meet any financial goal you have. A key part of our process is taking the time to understand your unique, personal financial situation and help you land on the model that works best for you to meet your life's milestones.

Tab Image
1. Cash Management

While banks pay next to nothing on deposits held with them, we have alternatives to increase the yields on the portion of your portfolio that you would like to have in cash.

These include, Institutional Money Market Funds, high-yield FDIC insured certificates of deposit (CDs) as well as access to managers who can build a portfolio of short term investment grade corporate or federally tax-free municipal bonds.

2. The Balanced Income Model

This model seeks to produce annual income that exceeds the yield on a 10 Year treasury bond by 100 basis points (1 percent).

It is a Balanced Portfolio meaning that it comprises of bonds, real estate investment trusts and stocks whose primary dedication is paying consistent dividends that tend to grow annually from steady earnings streams such as regulated utilities, value oriented stocks and rental income from REITs.

The model seeks to have a very low correlation to the S&P 500 meaning that it should not decline as much in down markets but also not participate as much in up markets.

The model seeks to get excess total return in addition to the income generated by investing a portion of assets in cyclical companies that we believe are close to the trough part of their cycle.

3. The Dividend Growth Model

This model seeks to invest in companies that have demonstrated a strong commitment to shareholder returns by increasing their dividend payments every year. It includes many companies considered to be "Dividend Aristocrats" that have increased their dividend for at least 25 years. These companies emphasize financial stability, consistent earnings growth and mature business models. Over extended periods, a Dividend Aristocrats portfolio has shown competitive or superior performance relative to the S&P 500, particularly when adjusted for risk, having notably lower volatility than the S&P 500 index. The Benchmark we measure against is the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

4. The Fair Value Model

This model primarily invests in small and mid-cap companies that tend to perform in cycles that are different from large-cap stocks.

The portfolio consists of both companies that have produced steady or cyclical growth throughout economic cycles.

It also has a portion of the portfolio dedicated to companies we believe to have very substantial future addressable markets that may lead to significant growth, allowing them to one day grow to be large-cap companies.

5. The Intrinsic Growth Model

This model consists of large cap companies and uses performance against the S&P 500 as its benchmark.

It seeks to outperform its benchmark by understanding the weighting of each company in the index and then overweighting or underweighting the securities we think will benefit the portfolio to outperform.

In addition to overweighting and underweighting the various sectors that make up the index there is a heavy reliance on security selection as the portfolio owns only 10 to 20% of the stocks represented in the S&P 500.

As of 2026 it has a 10 - year annualized return net of fees that has grown faster than the S&P 500, which is our benchmark for this model.

6. The International and Emerging Markets Model Portfolio

This portfolio seeks to find opportunities of growth from companies outside the United States. Investing in International and Emerging market have offered long term returns, while not being correlated to the U.S market. As of 2026, we have been very underweight in this allocation but have begun to make it a greater portion of our recommended allocations based on growth catalysts that we see ahead. The portfolio has a select few individual stocks but primarily uses low-cost exchange traded funds to get access to these markets.

6. The Balanced Growth Portfolio

This is the portfolio is one that takes the best ideas from the sum of our different models and aggregates them into one. Unlike our other portfolios that stay fully invested all of the time, feeling that one can't "time the market", this portfolio is an "Asset Allocation" portfolio. Based on where we believe markets are in their various cycles we will overweight and underweight each asset class. It is typically the first portfolio we recommend for someone who wants to become a customer as opposed to becoming a client, and typically represents approximately 50 percent of a clients allocation with us.
