About Roxann Romano
Drawing on over 30 years of financial industry experience, Roxann Romano leads a team that creates and implements customized investment strategies and comprehensive financial plans for a diverse group of clients. Among the select Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors to earn the Family Wealth Director designation, Roxann provides access to an extensive range of specialized resources for highly affluent families. She is equally committed to delivering personalized financial solutions to families with more modest savings. A highly experienced investment professional, Roxann oversees the team’s 20 proprietary investment strategies.
Roxann began her career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a Financial Advisor. She moved her practice to UBS for eight years before rejoining Morgan Stanley in 2013. Since 2015, Roxann has been recognized as a member of Morgan Stanley's prestigious President's Club, most recently in 2025.
Roxann attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Chartered Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification. She has also attained designations as a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM, and a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant.
Roxann serves as a board member of the Angels on the Bay children’s charity. She founded the Angels on the Bay/Mary Napolitano Festival of Races, and still serves as race director of the fundraising events. She is also on the scholarship committee for the Columbus Citizens Foundation, is the President of the St. Paul the Apostle finance committee and teaches religious education to children at St. Paul’s church.
Roxann and her husband, Paul, live on Long Island and have three grown children, John, Frankki and Ally. She enjoys spending time with her grandson, Johnny, and participating in marathons and triathlons to raise money for various charities.

About Anthony Catalano
For over 42 years (32 with Morgan Stanley), Anthony Catalano has provided his clients with the advice and guidance they need to stay on track with their financial goals, often despite disruptions in the financial markets and their personal lives. For many of these families and individuals, the focus has been on establishing and achieving their financial goals, particularly with regards to Wealth Management and Retirement Planning. His experience as a Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management Director and certification as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) guide his practice and inform his approach. Clients have long valued his genuine concern and his ability to break down complex financial matters into simpler, understandable terms and explain their potential impact on investment scenarios.

About Frankki Romano
A member of the team for five years, Frankki Romano works closely with the team’s clients and senior partners to craft highly customized investment portfolios and fully comprehensive wealth management plans. Among her many responsibilities, Frankki conducts risk analyses and prepares performance reports for portfolio management clients. In 2017, she was named to the Morgan Stanley Pacesetter’s Club, a global recognition program for Financial Advisors who demonstrate the highest professional standards and first-class client service within their first five years.
Frankki graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science and English. While in college, she interned at UBS Wealth Management and volunteered on political campaigns. She is an active member of the Villanova Alumni Association and continues to enjoy reading literature, as well as skiing and other outdoor activities.

Drawing on nearly three decades of financial services experience, Nikki Stevens is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies based on their specific needs, goals and tolerances for risk. She is involved with the local youth hockey organization and her neighborhood martial arts do gang; helping children build the confidence to reach their true potential. She plays a key role in the team’s business development efforts, working to build close personal relationships with new and existing clients that transcend business relationships.
Ally graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Information Technology Studies and spent several years in the licensing business before beginning her financial services career.
