About John D Rocco

John Rocco is a founding partner of the Rocco Bird Group at Morgan Stanley, a team of financial planning and investment professionals. The team is dedicated to providing holistic financial planning and investment advice. John has over 25 years of experience as a financial advisor crafting personalized strategies to help clients preserve, prudently grow their assets and transfer their wealth to the people and causes they care about most. As a Managing Director of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, John advises high-net-worth clients, many of whom are corporate executives, business owners, and their families.

John has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College of Financial Planning, the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certificate from the Wharton School of Business, and the Certified Portfolio Manager® certification from the Fu Foundation at Columbia University. His professional certifications showcase John's dedication to both his clients and his profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from the University of Rhode Island. Lifetime learning has been the driving force of John's career. Forbes recognized John as a Best-In- State Wealth Advisor from 2019 to 2024. Furthermore, the Rocco Bird Group was featured on Forbes' inaugural list of Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams in 2023. About Tracy L Bird

Tracy Bird is an Executive Director, Family Wealth Director and Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. She focuses on delivering integrated financial advice for wealthy families and institutions, implementing organized financial plans addressing investments and risk, taxes, estate planning and asset preservation strategies. She manages discretionary portfolios for clients and coordinates the efforts of CPAs and attorneys in managing client deliverables.

A financial advisor since 2000, Tracy previously worked in the commercial insurance industry for 16 years. Tracy has particular experience helping female investors protect and grow their wealth. She is naturally sensitive to their unique concerns. Throughout her career Tracy has helped many female investors achieve their long-term goals. Tracy boasts Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors from 2020 to 2023 and Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors from 2020 to 2023.

She earned a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Rochester in 1984.  Tracy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and has earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification through the Wharton school at the University of Pennsylvania.  She has also earned through The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University and the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers the Certified Portfolio Manager designation, CPM.

Tracy currently resides in New York City with her husband. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family in upstate New York, and Syracuse Basketball.

TJ has been in the financial services industry for ten years, starting at Morgan Stanley with The Rocco Bird Group in 2013. TJ leverages his experience and training to provide excellent financial advice to his clients.
