About Richard H. Streisfeld
I began my career at a small boutique firm on Wall Street in 1989. In 1990, I moved to a suburban office of Prudential - Bache Securities, and in 1994 I was recruited by Smith Barney.
In 1998 I was named a member of the Smith Barney Chairman’s Council. That same year I was honored to receive the title, Senior Vice President – Wealth Management. After 12 years at Smith Barney, in April of 2006, I was recruited by Morgan Stanley where I served as a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor in their Wealth Management division at their corporate headquarters in Purchase, NY.
In December of 2008, I was promoted to head up the Ridgefield, CT branch of Morgan Stanley* as Branch Manager, in addition to maintaining current, as well as developing new client relationships.
In 1998 I was named a member of the Smith Barney Chairman’s Council. That same year I was honored to receive the title, Senior Vice President – Wealth Management. About David A Schneider
My passion as a CFP ™ with The Ridgebury Group at Morgan Stanley stems from my desire to positively impact lives for the better by being a dedicated Financial Advisor to our clients. At an early age I learned firsthand the negative effects of working without a financial advisor and the position that can put people in. Communication, trust, and understanding are the key driving principles clients enjoy as we deliver personalized financial plans to address their needs. This can help allow clients to have confidence, clarity and focus on what really matters to them and lead the life they have always wanted. We approach each and every interaction and decision with our client’s best interest in mind, listening to what they have to say, educating them on their options, considering the larger picture and aiming for their financial success and prosperity. Along the way, we will continually adjust the planning process to an ever-evolving market dynamic and life’s circumstances. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly examine the ways in which they spend, invest, save, and transfer wealth, then we collaborate with them throughout the journey. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, I had the pleasure of playing professional hockey for eight years, primarily in the Finnish and Swedish Elite Leagues along with signing a contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2007. Residing in Pound Ridge, NY with my wife, Stephanie, and 3 children: Luke, Evan, and Korinne, I enjoy golfing, tennis and volunteer coaching my kids' sports activities.

Julian Cho is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New Jersey.

Julian began his career in financial services in 2009, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Client Banker at JP Morgan Chase.
Julian is a graduate of Nyack College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance. He lives in North Haledon, New Jersey with his family. Outside of the office, Julian enjoys billiards, surfing and kite boarding, fishing, skiing, and playing lacrosse.
