Hutch is our designated Alternative Investment Director, a specialized program developed for advisors experienced in Alternative Investments. This accolade has afforded the Radcliff-Schatzman team access to expansive resources associated with this designation, and we have significantly incorporated these products into our practice.

Incorporating alternative investments into a traditional portfolio may help you to reduce overall volatility while increasing portfolio diversification, all with a typically lower correlation to the market movements of traditional investments such as stocks and bonds.       About Me

      Self is a Senior Vice President, Family Wealth Director, Certified Portfolio Manager, and Investment Management Consultant for the Radcliff-Schatzman Group, providing customized wealth management solutions since 1992. 

      As Family Wealth Director, a designation held by less than 2% of Morgan Stanley’s 16,000 Financial Advisors, Self has attained highly-specialized, expert-level training in helping wealthy families solve complex issues.  This title offers Self and his team direct access to the Advanced Resources Center, an elite resource designed to provide these families the intellectual capital, vast resources, and advisory services needed to reach their tailored and specific goals. As lead Portfolio Manager and chief Investment Consultant, Self utilizes a disciplined financial and investment process to customize portfolios for the team’s high net worth individuals and families.

      Hutch serves as a Senior Vice President, Corporate Retirement Director, Senior Investment Management Consultant and an Alternative Investments Director for the Radcliff-Schatzman Group.

      As an Alternative Investments Director, Hutch has an in-depth knowledge and expert-level training in non-traditional investments.  He has significantly incorporated, evaluated, and implemented Alternative Investments in his work with high net worth families and institutions, as a measure to increase portfolio diversification. A designated Corporate Retirement Director, Hutch also leads the team’s corporate retirement plan analysis, design and implementation.

      Hutch is a board member of Bayside Academy and participates in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program. In addition, he is a member of the U.S. Polo Association Finance Committee.  He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing and currently resides in Fairhope with his wife and three daughters.

      Chris is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Specialist, and Family Wealth Advisor with over 42 years of experience in private business and financial services. 

      He provides comprehensive wealth management services to high net worth individuals and private business owners, coordinates all cash management and lending services for the team, and acts as a Family Wealth Advisor to multi-generational high net worth families.  As key business development director, Chris is constantly seeking to build and generate new client relationships.  Chris also serves as the Alabama/Florida Panhandle complex coach and mentor, and is a regular guest National Training Officer at Morgan Stanley’s Purchase NY training center.

      Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Spring Hill College and is a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, a board member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a member of the Senior Bowl Committee, and involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Alabama and other charitable organizations.  He enjoys playing golf, the outdoors and spending time with his wife Mary Lynne and their two children.

      Marshall serves as Associate Vice President, Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist with the Radcliff-Schatzman Group, providing a personalized and customized approach to wealth management since 2009. 

      Marshall conducts both group and one-on-one consultations with retirement plan sponsors and participants, working diligently to deliver customized retirement plan solutions to help meet an organization’s unique objectives.  He is also responsible for managing a small number of individual clients, preparing financial plans, and coordinating team Alternative Investment activities.

      Marshall graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.  In the community he has served as Past-President of Rotaract of the Mobile Bay Area, Former Chairman of the Exploreum Junior Advisory Board, Vestry Member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, member of the Sunrise Rotary Club, and he has been involved with numerous other organizations over the years.  Marshall enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.  He resides in Mobile with his wife Allison and son Marshall, Jr.

Over the years she has cultivated comprehensive knowledge and experience in investment products and consulting. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 11 years.

      In her free time Chesley enjoys reading, yoga, fishing, paddling, and gardening. She currently resides on Fly Creek with her yellow lab, Rudder.
