About Keith Dressel
The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) recognized Keith as one of the “Top 50 Plan Advisors Under 40” in their Summer 2014 issue of NAPA net Magazine.
In addition to his work with institutions, he enjoys working with individuals and in particular multi-generational family wealth. When asked, Keith said, “It’s interesting to improve plan design and help ensure that pension benefit obligations are met. However, when you work with individuals you really get to see the end result of financial wellness. It’s very rewarding.”
In Keith’s 23 years of experience in the securities industry he has earned the CIMA® Certification (Certified Investment Manager Analyst) designation from the Wharton School of Business and the CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist SM) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Keith is the on the Board of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC), and a member of the Investment & Wealth Institute.
Keith lives in Montvale, NJ with his wife and two sons. Keith and his family are active members of Bergen Highlands Methodist Church of Upper Saddle River, NJ.

Anita has been an Advisor at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch for the past 8 years where she built her practice and assisted other Financial Advisors with Financial Planning and Wealth Management for their clients. Her diverse background allows her to tailor unique solutions for each challenge.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®, Anita (she/her/hers) offers clients comprehensive financial planning that encompasses virtually every aspect of their financial lives. Anita’s passion for all things financial began as a kid, where at an early age she was asking questions about economics and financial markets. Today she shares her knowledge with numerous professional groups, women’s organizations, and not-for-profits, speaking frequently on such topics as Women and Wealth, Financial Planning, Behavioral Finance for Everyday Investors, Leaving a Legacy, World Financial Markets, and the Challenges of Divorce.
Anita believes in finding a balance between work, family, and community, and is dedicated to helping the community with the same passion she has for business. Anita is the Past-President of The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood, where she has been a board member since 2006. She is also a past Vice President and Trustee for Ridgewood Education Foundation and currently a board member at the College Club of Northern New Jersey.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family in her home in Ridgewood and Mantoloking NJ and enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, swimming, and cooking.

A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College, Dona received her Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Dona is Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.
With her strong work ethic and attentive approach, Dona helps to ensure that clients' needs are not only met with diligence, but in keeping with their larger financial goals. She's committed to building meaningful long-term relationships with clients, and is proud to work with several clients' grandchildren and even some great-grandchildren as a result.

Rick began his career in financial services in 2007 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he was a Financial Advisor at JP Morgan Chase in New York City as well as a Financial Consulting Director for TIAA also in New York City.
Rick graduated from Hunter College and holds both the Certified Financial Planner™
and the Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Gloria and son Dean. Outside of work, Rick enjoys playing guitar, reading, cooking and spending time with his family
About Adam Guralnick
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Adam began his career in financial services in 2002, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Wealth Management Banker at UBS. He also served as a UHNW Associate Private Banker at Citi Private Bank and a Merrill Lynch Banking Advisor.
Adam is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Informatics. He lives in Livingston, New Jersey with his family. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
