Meet My Team

About Keith Dressel, CIMA®, CRPS®

Keith graduated with a B.S. from Rutgers University in 1997. He began working in the securities industry in 2000 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2005.

Keith focuses on portfolio design and investment consulting to group benefit plans, endowments, foundations, families and individuals. Morgan Stanley has designated Keith as one of their Corporate Retirement Directors and a Senior Institutional Consultant.

The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) recognized Keith as one of the “Top 50 Plan Advisors Under 40” in their Summer 2014 issue of NAPAnet Magazine.

In addition to his work with institutions, he enjoys working with individuals and in particular multi-generational family wealth. When asked, Keith said, “It’s interesting to improve plan design and help ensure that pension benefit obligations are met. However, when you work with individuals you really get to see the end result of financial wellness. It’s very rewarding.”

In Keith’s 19 years of experience in the securities industry he has earned the CIMA® Certification (Certified Investment Manager Analyst) designation from the Wharton School of Business and the CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plan SpecialistSM) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Keith is the on the Board of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC), and a member of the Investment Management Consulting Association (IMCA), and the Association for Fiduciary Education (AFE).

Keith lives in Montvale, NJ with his wife and two sons. Keith and his family are active members of Bergen Highlands Methodist Church of Upper Saddle River, NJ.

About Dona Rozsypal

Dona Rozsypal is a Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dona focuses on supporting the team's products and services, maintaining client relationships, and executing high volume trades.

A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College, Dona received her Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Dona is Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.

With her strong work ethic and attentive approach, Dona ensures that clients' needs are not only met with diligence, but in keeping with their larger financial goals. She's committed to building meaningful long-term relationships with clients, and is proud to work with several clients' grandchildren and even some great-grandchildren as a result.

Outside of work, Dona enjoys spending time with her family.

Debra Contino is a Portfolio Associate with Morgan Stanley. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, she brings experience and enthusiasm to her role maintaining effective client relationships for the team.

A graduate of the College of Mount St. Vincent, Debra received her Bachelor's degree in Economics. Debra is licensed in Series 7 and Series 66.

Debra works closely with both current and prospective clients, cultivating relationships that give the team insight on how best to meet each client's needs. Always eager to embrace a new challenge, Debra resolves inquiries with a keen attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.

Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program.
