Building Relationships: The Key to Successful Wealth Management

Throughout more than 25 years of serving clients, we have seen the value of establishing and growing long-term relationships.
    Icon Image
    Our Clients
With some of our client relationships spanning four generations, we understand the importance of bringing stability to the financial planning process within a family. We often work with our clients’ children when their parents need assistance managing their financial lives, and those children frequently become clients too when they see the depth and breadth of service we offer, as well as the benefit of coordinated wealth management as assets pass from one generation to the next.
    Icon Image
    Our Team
We enjoy a high retention rate by promoting from within and recognizing a shared commitment to service excellence. For our clients, this long-term continuity means you can develop deep relationships with our team members, which allows us to better anticipate your needs and proactively help you prepare for the opportunities and challenges that we can expect to lie ahead for your family.
    Icon Image
    Our External Partners
Providing family-office services and serving as your family’s “CFO” requires us to work efficiently with the professionals who are integral to your financial life. We will coordinate your financial plan with your accountant, attorney, private banker and other trusted advisors, because we view them as partners committed to applying their knowledge and expertise on your behalf. In addition, we have extensive relationships within the nonprofit community and are able to offer introductions and due diligence for various organizations as you pursue your philanthropic objectives.
    Icon Image
    "White Glove" Service
Our clients deserve – and expect – a team of experienced professionals who shares their vision, earns their trust, and works diligently to create a customized financial roadmap that is designed to achieve financial success. They have learned to depend on our deep understanding of the world’s financial markets. And, above all, they have grown to appreciate our “white glove” service model.

Offering Next-Level Resources for Unique Situations

At the Mountain View Group at Morgan Stanley, we create customized financial roadmaps designed to achieve your vision of success. As we dedicate our resources and experience to your situation, we bring areas of particular knowledge to meet your needs:
Advanced Credentials
We have consistently sought out opportunities to continue our education in order to better serve clients who require specialized services. Members of our team have obtained advanced education for issues such as long-term care considerations and special-needs/disability consulting. We view these areas as part of our commitment to caring for your whole family and its full range of needs.
Next-Generation Planning
As your family passes its wealth, heritage and values from one generation to the next, we want to provide a seamless transition and educate each new generation about strategies to help safeguard these assets.
Asian Markets
Our team has extensive experience working with clients in Asia, and we understand the financial and cultural issues involved in its individual markets. We can make referrals within a network of professionals in overseas communities who can provide legal and estate planning services to non-U.S. citizens. In addition, our team members are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, French, Russian, Arabic, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Investment Process

Through a detailed discovery process, we work with you to understand your needs and then create a plan that will guide your wealth through even the most challenging market cycles.

To reach your goals, you need a wealth plan informed by a comprehensive assessment of your current budget and finances, clear objectives and sound advice that put you in the center of the process.

Using our Goals Planning System (GPS), we work with you to develop a plan that includes not just investments, but also ways to help mitigate taxes, manage your everyday finances and address borrowing needs. Plus, we provide regular progress updates so you can see whether your savings and spending habits are in line with your goals – making it easier for you to stay the course.
