About John Hendricks

With over 27+ years in the wealth management field, I strive to deliver world-class service to a select group of individuals, families, and corporations through professional experience, vast resources, and the global reach of Morgan Stanley.

I currently hold my Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and am registered to offer Life, Accident and Health Insurance. I help simplify client’s lives by offering objective advice, collaborating with their other advisors, and delivering customized wealth advisory strategies aligned with their personal and financial goals.

As a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics in 1991, I started my career in the Financial Industry in 1993. I worked for Bank of America / Merrill Lynch for 18 years before joining Morgan Stanley in 2011.

Over my career, I have served in roles such as: Financial Advisor, Regional Manager and Private Banker. My responsibilities included liability management, Financial Planning and developing asset & investment strategies. Over the years, I have covered and supported territories in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and all of New England, spending roughly 10 years of my career in Boston before moving to the Capital Region in 2012.

I currently reside in Clifton Park, NY and I enjoy spending time with my children and watching them compete and grow. I was captain of my Division I Cross Country / Track and Field Teams in college and specialized in the mile and 800 meters.

I stay active and compete in endurance events such as triathlons and have completed multiple marathons. You will also see me and my family at many charity 5K runs in the community supporting local causes.

In 2014, I lost my wife and have been raising my 3 children and they have adjusted well. Through this experience, I have learned a great deal and have been able relate to many of my client’s needs as they navigate similar life events.

About Samuel E Zimmerman

Sam Zimmerman is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor for The Mohawk Valley Group at Morgan Stanley. In 2002, Sam graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, with majors in Accounting and Mathematics. After graduating, Sam worked for KPMG, LLP in their Albany, New York office as an auditor from 2002 to 2006 and earned his CPA license during that period. He then enrolled at Union Graduate College in Schenectady, New York, earning a Master of Arts Teaching degree, and he taught mathematics at Gloversville Middle School for two years. In August 2009, Sam changed career paths and joined The Mohawk Valley Group alongside his father, who recently retired in 2019. Currently holding his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Planning Specialist, and Senior Portfolio Manager designations, Sam focuses on building financial plans and managing investment portfolios for the team's clients.

Sam is involved in many community activities and organizations in the Mohawk Valley Region of New York State, including the Saints Alive! Athletics Advisory Council at Siena College. In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and is active member in the church communities of Broadalbin and Gloversville, New York.

About Jeffrey M Hollander

With over 36 years of experience at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms, I currently serve as a Financial Advisor with the firm. My primary responsibilities are organizing and managing clients’ financial lives which includes: Financial & Retirement Planning, Investment Strategies, Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Wealth Transfer.

As a Branch Manager for the Latham office of Morgan Stanley for the past 13 years, I am also tasked with the overall success for clients, the branch, and its professional staff.

Prior to joining the Latham branch, my experience includes serving as a Branch Manager in Roseland, NJ (2004-2008), Sales Manager in Purchase, NY (2000-2004), and as a Financial Advisor on Long Island, NY (1983-2000).

I graduated from SUNY Albany with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History & English in 1977. Shortly after, I worked for Dun & Bradstreet serving in several capacities including: Credit Analyst, Senior Staff Accountant, Manager - Accounting Operations, and Product Manager. While working at D&B, I earned my MBA at Hofstra University with a concentration in Banking, Finance, and Investments.

I currently reside in Niskayuna, NY with my wife of over 40 years, Barbara and I have 3 grown daughters: Rachel, Jaime and Jaclyn. I also have 3 grandchildren, Jack, Eden, and Mia. My hobbies include golf, gardening, reading, and travelling.

My passion over the past 20 years is to help in alleviating food insecurity by serving on the Board of Directors of the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY as well as its Development and Finance Committees.

Brian Goldwasser is a Financial Advisor with the Mohawk Valley Group at Morgan Stanley. Brian graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 2011, majoring in Business - Finance. After graduation, Brian spent over a decade in the NYC banking world, at institutions including J.P. Morgan and HSBC, in a variety of roles focused on relationship management before joining the Mohawk Valley Group in early 2022.

In early 2022, Brian moved from New York City to upstate New York, where he currently resides in Niskayuna with his wife and two young children. About Terri Colvin

Terri Colvin attended Adirondack Community College (Glens Falls, NY) from 1988 to 1990, and Siena College (Loudonville, NY) from 1993 to 1994. She began her career working in the banking industry with Albany Savings Bank in 1988. Her roles ranged from Teller, to Head Teller to Assistant Branch Manager at Charter One Bank until 2000. In 2001, Terri transferred to the financial services industry with this firm and worked in the Operations Department from 2001 to 2007. Subsequently, she became a Client Service Associate and earned her Series 7 and Series 63 registrations. About April Wilson

April Wilson, Registered Associate

April joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 assisting Financial Advisors with all their business needs to help them service their clients and run their business efficiently. She oversees all aspects of client service and compliance to make sure everything is in good order. April assists and educates clients on all the tools that Morgan Stanley has to offer, including Morgan Stanley Online (MSO).

April graduated Schalmont High School in 1994 and Albany VOTEC with a Cosmetology License. She worked in the beauty industry until 1998 when she changed careers. April started working for Household Finance Corporation as a Sales Assistant until HSBC took over and closed the lending branches in 2009.

In 2010, April became a teller for HSBC bank, which later became First Niagara Bank. During her time there, she became a Client Sales Associate and assisted clients with customer service and their lending needs. In 2016, First Niagara became KeyBank. While working for KeyBank, she began studying to obtain her investment licensing as a Licensed Representative. It was during this period when April decided to start a career with Morgan Stanley where she now holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Elizabeth Menteur is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.
