    About Michelle Parretti

    “I always ask my clients, “What are your goals, but most importantly, what are your dreams?”

    Drawing upon her many years of experience in financial planning, Michelle Parretti guides clients approaching their retirement years with proactive financial management and realistic goal planning. Michelle believes in staying closely connected to her clients. By keeping them informed and educated about the decisions made for their investments, she also stays engaged in their changing needs or challenges. 

    Michelle especially enjoys developing deep relationships with her clients and their entire family. Having been a single mother raising two young boys, Michelle understands the importance of family dynamics and the value having that understanding brings to providing solid investment advice.

    Upon graduation from Boston College in 1979, Michelle was drawn into her family owned retail business.  This experience gave her first-hand knowledge in running a business and managing the finances. Michelle’s Bachelor of Science degree in Psychiatric Nursing is also a key element in how she manages her practice.

    When she launched her solo practice as a Financial Advisor in 1993, she found that her nursing and business backgrounds created a perfect synergy that translates into all of her client relationships today.  Listening closely with compassion and knowing how to ask the right questions are an important part of developing the path her clients follow towards financial freedom.

    Michelle resides in Northborough. She continues to encourage her children to become responsible, resourceful young men, who will make positive contributions to the community in their chosen fields. She enjoys working in the garden with Bob and cooking delicious meals for her friends and family.

    Caitlin is committed to working with clients to create a financial plan that grows with them throughout life’s milestones. Her process starts with getting to know her clients’ values and goals in addition to their attitude towards risk. She takes the time to help ensure clients understand the strategies behind each recommendation, so they remain informed and actively involved in their own financial plan.

    In 2012, Caitlin joined Michelle’s team as a Financial Advisor and Partner. Prior to this position, Caitlin supported a number of Financial Advisors at Morgan Stanley, Michelle included, as a Client Service Associate. Through this role, she worked closely with Michelle’s clientele and began to cultivate strong relationships with them.

    Before joining Morgan Stanley, Caitlin worked in the New York City and Boston offices of DeMatteo Monness, as a Compliance Associate and Sales Assistant. This boutique broker dealer and network gave her special insight into unique and complex compliance needs of the business.

    Caitlin graduated on the Dean’s List from New York University and holds her B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication. She has held various internships in event planning, where her attention to detail was put to great use.

    Caitlin lives in Paxton with her husband Zack, their son Cruz, and their dog Sky. She enjoys running, hiking, live music, and travelling.

    About Alex Yazdi

    Having worked for over ten years in client service, Alex Yazdi made his transition into the field of finance back in 2017, at which point he quickly put his customer relation skills to use. Having spent the past decade working closely with the public, developing rapports and establishing long-lasting relationships, Alex immediately felt comfortable in his role as a Client Service Associate. For the past two years he has also taken on the responsibilities of Operations for the branch, further developing his exposure into the industry, and giving him the ability to work in a number of different offices with a vast selection of financial professionals. Recently given the opportunity to join The Michelle Parretti Group, Alex knew it was the best move for both his career and family. Alex and his wife Michelle were both born and raised in Shrewsbury, and now live nearby in Grafton, where they were just fortunate enough to welcome their first child into the world; Rylie Mae. He is beyond excited as he welcomes all of these news changes into his life, both career-wise and personal.
