About Andy Baggs

An experienced wealth management professional, Andy has been a vital member of the Morgan Stanley family since 2000. Responsible for helping shape the strategic vision of Lighthouse Wealth Management Group, Andy combines his deep knowledge of the financial markets with operational excellence to guide the team’s clients in simplifying their financial lives, so they may enjoy the wealth they have created and leave the legacy they desire.

Andy’s disciplined process begins with asking the right questions and actively listening. This information then serves as the foundation for the development of a custom plan that reflects his clients’ goals for the future. If a particular situation requires specialized knowledge, he utilizes the global resources of Morgan Stanley to identify and deliver the expertise needed.

As a former member of the firm’s Regional Financial Advisory Council, Andy has worked closely with senior management to discuss the most important issues affecting the financial services industry. This appointment recognizes Andy as an advisor who demonstrates the highest professional and ethical standards, as well as quality and consistency in his business approach and client relationships.

Andy is actively involved in his community. He currently serves on the Leadership Council for Take Stock in Children, is a former board member of the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville, a former board member of the Discovery School, and is a former Tournament Chairman for THE PLAYERS Championship.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Masters of Agribusiness and a B.S. degree in Food and Resource Economics. Andy and his wife, Leah, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach with their three children. Favorite activities include hunting, fishing, golf and spending quality time with his family.

After graduating from Davidson College with a B.A. degree in Economics, Wendy obtained her Masters in Finance with distinction from Boston College. Taylor is a Jacksonville Native and lives on the westside of Jacksonville with her husband, who is also named Taylor, and their two kids; Ansley and Shane. Taylor was also chosen by her professors at UNF as the Financial Services student of the year, her senior year. From there she joined Merrill Lynch as a licensed trade specialist. He also has a passion for weaving personalized investment solutions into each client’s unique financial plan, and enjoys educating clients to help them go beyond the noise of the marketplace to stay focused on their individual plans.

Neil graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance. He is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and serves his community through his involvement with Palmer Catholic Academy’s School Advisory Board, the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary and the Volunteer Life Saving Corps. Brian is a Senior Portfolio Management Director and Financial Advisor at The Lighthouse Wealth Management Group. With over 30 years of investment and banking experience at some of the world’s largest asset management firms, Brian brings a unique and highly engaging perspective – combined with his ability to build deep, longstanding relationships with each client – that truly sets his team’s practice apart.

Brian began his financial services career in credit and liability management at Merrill Lynch and later Morgan Stanley. In 2001, he was given an opportunity to become part of Morgan Stanley’s asset management division, working closely with the firm’s portfolio management team. This led to a similar role at Alliance Bernstein in 2006. Brian returned to Morgan Stanley in 2009 for the opportunity to share his industry knowledge and skills with individuals and families and build more personal relationships with clients.

Throughout his career, Brian has developed a strong understanding of economics and is well versed in the equity and fixed income markets. He has cultivated skills in asset allocation, investment management, banking and lending strategies, as well as retirement and estate planning. Born in Albany, GA, Misti has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.  In her role as a Senior Client Service Associate, Misti is focused on serving the families we work with, building deep client relationships in order to effectively assist with their needs. Her extensive client service and operational knowledge are a crucial contribution to  the Lighthouse Wealth Management Group and the families we serve each day.

Misti lives in St. John's with her husband, Mark, and their two children, Corbin and Ava. On a day off you may find Misti with her family boating, cruising along the St John's River or out enjoying nature by a campfire roasting marshmallows. She and Mark also enjoy the hobby of building furniture for family and friends.

About Alexis Spear

After graduating from the University of North Florida, Alexis joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 as a Service Associate for the Ponte Vedra Branch office. There, she served clients of the entire branch with banking and general service needs. In 2021, Alexis joined the Lighthouse Wealth Management Group as a Client Service Associate, dedicated to building relationships with her clients and ensuring they receive excellent service with every interaction. Her responsibilities include account openings and distributions, account maintenance, and general client support.

Alexis lives in Jacksonville and on her days off, you will find her hiking with her family and her dog, Luna, or spending time on the beach.

About Nicholas Burns

Nick joined The Lighthouse Wealth Management Group in May of 2023. As Wealth Management Analyst for the team, Nick’s primary focus is to identify economic trends and provide market research to aid in portfolio management. Originally from South Carolina, Nick and his wife moved to Florida from North Carolina in the summer of 2022.

Nick graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Following his graduation, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to pursue an opportunity with The Vanguard Group. Eager to expand his knowledge and expertise in the Financial Services Industry, Nick joined MassMutual Carolinas, spending two years as the firm’s Financial Planning Specialist. Nick is best known for his attention to detail and meticulous approach to problem solving – he leveraged these skills to construct hundreds of comprehensive financial plans.

Motivated by his desire to help others, Nick has a passion for Financial Services and loves encouraging others to achieve their financial goals. Nick currently holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA registrations. Additionally, he holds insurance licenses for Life, Health & Variable Annuities.

Originally from South Florida, Alexandria completed both her Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance in May 2023 and her MBA in August 2024 at Florida State University.
