About Andy Baggs
An experienced wealth management professional, Andy has been a vital member of the Morgan Stanley family since 2000. Responsible for helping shape the strategic vision of Lighthouse Wealth Management Group, Andy combines his deep knowledge of the financial markets with operational excellence to guide the team’s clients in simplifying their financial lives, so they may enjoy the wealth they have created and leave the legacy they desire.
Andy’s disciplined process begins with asking the right questions and actively listening. This information then serves as the foundation for the development of a custom plan that reflects his clients’ goals for the future. If a particular situation requires specialized knowledge, he utilizes the global resources of Morgan Stanley to identify and deliver the expertise needed.
As a former member of the firm’s Regional Financial Advisory Council, Andy has worked closely with senior management to discuss the most important issues affecting the financial services industry. This appointment recognizes Andy as an advisor who demonstrates the highest professional and ethical standards, as well as quality and consistency in his business approach and client relationships.

He currently serves on the Leadership Council for Take Stock in Children, is a former board member of the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville, a former board member of the Discovery School, and is a former Tournament Chairman for THE PLAYERS Championship.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Masters of Agribusiness and a B.S. degree in Food and Resource Economics. Andy and his wife, Leah, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach with their three children. Favorite activities include hunting, fishing, golf and spending quality time with his family.

After graduating from the University of North Florida, Alexis joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 as a Service Associate for the Ponte Vedra Branch office.
