Mike has 27 years of experience consulting affluent families, business owners and employers regarding their qualified and non-qualified plans by delivering investment services to both plan sponsors and participants. His practice is built on the principles of honesty, transparency, attention to detail and commitment to client goals - these core beliefs remain the foundation of his practice today. Mike is a member of Graystone Consulting, the institutional consulting division within Morgan Stanley. He was awarded the distinguished Corporate Retirement Director (CRD) designation within Morgan Stanley. The CRD designation recognizes financial advisors who have dedicated their practice to helping corporate clients manage all aspects of their retirement plans. Mike works with Plan Sponsors, Trustees and Investment Committees to assist them in managing their fiduciary duties. He has extensive experience in helping plan sponsors develop Investment Policy Statements, analyze investment managers, educate participants, conduct plan benchmarking and manage RFP’s. Mike also obtained MS's Financial Wellness Director designation for his dedication to improving retirement plan participant financial literacy. Mike earned Morgan Stanley’s Governmental Entity Specialist (GES) designation due to his background of consulting with municipalities. He is also a Global Sports & Entertainment Director and is committed to helping families, celebrities and athletes’ structure and implement personalized financial plans.

Mike earned the CERTIFED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® (CFP^®) and MS’s Family Wealth Director designations by meeting rigorous education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements. Additionally, Mike is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS^®), a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC^®) and a Certified 401(k) Professional (C(K)P^®) earned through the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mike also obtained MS's Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Management Consultant designations. He is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC) and Retirement Advisor Council. His investment and advisory registrations include Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 licenses and he holds Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Insurance licenses.

Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Mike served as a Military Police officer in the U.S. Army. Mike graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from St. Leo University.

In his personal time, Mike supports numerous charities and is an active member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He most values creating special memories with his wife and two boys ages 9 and 6.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Clay worked as a Regional Retirement Specialist at American Century Investments and as a Regional Retirement Director at Morgan Stanley.
When he is not serving valued clients, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie and two children, Sean and Avery, on vacation, at the shore or on the sports field. He supports numerous charities focused on supporting our Armed Services, eradicating cancer and the development of our children. His two favorite hobbies are golfing and fishing with family and friends.

Nicholas Tardy is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Ron brings more than a decade of experience in wealth planning for individuals, multi-generational families, business owners, and corporate executives. As a Financial Advisor, he provides highly personalized guidance—listening closely to each client’s priorities and working with his team to design and implement tailored financial planning strategies.

A graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, Ron holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC^®), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS^®), and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designations, reflecting his focus on retirement planning and employer-sponsored retirement plans. Ron and his wife, Caroline, are proud parents of a son and a daughter, and their family's Pit Bull rescue, Homer. Based in Villanova, Pennsylvania, they spend summers down the shore in Margate City, New Jersey. Outside the office, Ron enjoys time with family and friends, is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and supports nonprofits and community organizations dedicated to strengthening local communities.

Adrianne has over 22 years of experience with Morgan Stanley working with Human Resource Managers, Finance Staff and Plan Administrators in managing the day-to-day activities of corporate retirement plan clients. As a performance driven professional, Adrianne also facilitates the coordination of the family advisory practice. Her responsibilities include preparation of client reviews and processing service requests. She strives to improve the overall client service experience. She was promoted to Group Director in 2022.

Her previous roles with the company included Registered Client Service Associate, Operations Generalist and Cashier. Her duties included numerous administrative functions and she worked to help ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and control procedures.

Adrianne graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kutztown University in 2002 and is a graduate of Emmaus High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and two children, Mikayla and Aaron. She volunteers in the East Penn School District by assisting teachers with various educational activities in the classroom. She also devotes her free time to the Lower Macungie Youth Association by coaching children and promoting team work.

David Gossett, CFA^®, QPA^®, CRPS^® is a Financial Advisor, Corporate Retirement Director, and Government Entity Specialist with Graystone Consulting, based in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office. With over 15 years of specialized expertise in the qualified plan and institutional landscape, David serves as a strategic lead for the team’s technical consulting and fiduciary oversight initiatives. Since joining Graystone in 2015, he has been instrumental in optimizing complex plan designs, navigating intricate regulatory frameworks, and driving large-scale vendor negotiations for a diverse range of institutional mandates.

David spearheads the group’s research and investment strategy initiatives, with a specific focus on quantitative efficiency and model delivery across equity, fixed income, ETF, and alternative asset classes. His rigorous approach to recordkeeper due diligence and institutional reporting ensures that clients benefit from high-conviction investment solutions and cutting-edge operational frameworks, reinforcing Graystone’s position as a leader in both qualitative and quantitative research.

David’s professional pedigree is underpinned by a commitment to the highest standards of financial excellence. He earned his B.A. in Corporate Finance from the Honors College at the University of Akron. His extensive credentialing reflects a mastery of both pension administration and investment analysis; he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA^®) charter, as well as the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA^®), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA^®) designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Additionally, he holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS^®) designation from the College for Financial Planning.

A dedicated advocate for the investment profession, David serves on the Board of Directors for CFA Society Cleveland. In this capacity, he leads strategic programs including the CFA Institute Research Challenge, Career Day, and the University Ambassador initiatives, fostering the next generation of investment professionals and upholding the industry’s ethical integrity. David resides in Tallmadge, Ohio, with his wife, Megan, and their beagle, Artie Rho.

Julie has 10 years of financial services experience working with wealth management and corporate retirement plan clients. She is focused on delivering exceptional service and timely and accurate reporting to our clients. She is responsible for our institutional billing, client reporting and addressing operational and administrative inquiries for the Graystone Metro NY | Allentown | Cleveland team. Additionally, she provides support for Adrianne Fox and the team for our wealth management client inquiries and action items.

Her prior experience within financial services was with Credit Suisse where she was a Vice President and was responsible for running the Equity Capital Markets business for the Private Bank. Prior to that she worked as a Client Service Associate and Branch Manager assistant during her time at Credit Suisse.

Julie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Delaware in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Clay, and two children, Avery, and Sean. Their favorite activities include tennis, skiing and hanging at the beach. She has been actively volunteering within the Little Silver and Red Bank school system.

Robert McPeake brings 4 years of industry experience to Morgan Stanley, focused in portfolio management, investment implementation, and administrative operations. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Robert worked at SEI, where he was responsible for overseeing investment strategies and ensuring seamless portfolio execution. Robert also, previously contributed to Vanguards renowned investment team, refining their expertise in asset allocation and performance analysis. Robert is a graduate from Temple University, Fox School of Business. Robert holds a solid foundation in finance and investment management and is committed to leveraging his skills to deliver strategic solutions and enhance overall client experience. Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
