Our Mission Statement
Our Story and Services
With over 120 years of combined experience in financial services, The Glazier Laviano Hathcock Group at Morgan Stanley is well-equipped with the knowledge and vision to foster, oversee and preserve your wealth. We cater to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, multigenerational families, corporate executives, nonprofits and endowments. Based in northern New Jersey, we frequently consult with clients in the tri-state area, but also have a strong presence in Florida as well as other states nationwide.
Our comprehensive experience in portfolio management, wealth management, estate planning strategies, lending solutions, corporate retirement planning, risk management and other key areas enables us to provide ideal solutions to adequately balance your financial and emotional motivations.
Delivering white-glove service presented in a professional yet personalized manner is the cornerstone of our group. To offer even more value to clients, we leverage the world-class resources and tools available through Morgan Stanley.
Our approach begins with a thorough discovery meeting. We'll invest the time to understand your financial aspirations, needs and concerns. You'll then receive a tailored financial plan which serves as the foundation for our relationship on how to best serve you. Additionally, your plan includes a "stress test" to better prepare you for the expected and unexpected.
We understand the importance of holistic financial planning. As such, we're happy to work with your other trusted advisors—such as a CPA or estate attorney—to help ensure all components of your financial world are working in harmony for you. Doing so may also ease the need for you to communicate any changes to each advisor.
We invite you to learn more about our group, and welcome the opportunity to meet with you.

1Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice.
