Your Success, Our Process

Our disciplined approach begins with developing a comprehensive understanding of who you are, what you value and what you truly want your wealth to accomplish. Specifically, you can count on us to work closely with you in the following manner:

    Icon Image
    Discovery

Before offering specific recommendations, we take the time to truly understand you—both as a person and as an investor. We explore your goals, aspirations, and what you hope to achieve for yourself and your family. This involves an in-depth conversation about your current financial situation, future objectives, risk tolerance, and other factors that will help us develop a customized plan tailored specifically to you.

    Icon Image
    Formulation

We analyze your input to create a personalized wealth management plan with recommendations designed to meet the objectives you've set. These recommendations may include strategies for helping business owners plan their eventual exit, retirement planning, executive compensation, tax minimization, wealth transfer, private equity, and access to Banking and Lending Services. Most importantly, your plan features a customized asset allocation that accounts for your entire financial picture, including accounts held at other institutions.

    Icon Image
    Implementation

After presenting your plan, we collaborate closely with you to bring it to life. This may include consultations with Morgan Stanley specialists in areas such as private equity, estate planning, business exit planning, lending strategies, and other disciplines relevant to your needs. Additionally, we will develop an investment strategy tailored to the goals and criteria identified during the Discovery phase of our process.

    Icon Image
    Evaluation

We believe ongoing communication is essential to building a strong financial partnership. We are committed to staying attuned to your evolving financial needs and providing actionable solutions to address them. This involves continuously monitoring your plan and portfolio to ensure your assets are well-positioned to adapt to both your changing circumstances and shifting market conditions.

Corporate Retirement

As a team of Corporate Retirement Directors, we will compare and evaluate plan fees and services to those of other similar plans – to help you determine what is reasonable. We can help identify and understand specific plan fees, leverage Fiduciary Benchmark's data and benchmarking capabilities to conduct an apples-to-apples comparison, and ultimately evaluate the effectiveness of their plan from both a quantitative as well as a qualitative perspective.

Managing a comprehensive retirement plan for your organization takes a unique set of skills. As a fiduciary, you are responsible for selecting and monitoring service providers and investments while also being committed to understanding and implementing ERISA regulations. You must also continue to create fresh strategies to encourage your employees to take full advantage of the program. For many plan sponsors, these responsibilities can be overwhelming.

With a commitment to outstanding service and an emphasis on excellence, our mission is simple: to provide objective and high-quality guidance, specialized knowledge and experience, and tailored solutions to empower your organization to make informed decisions about the retirement benefits you offer to your employees. Managing retirement benefits that align with your organization's vision involves many decisions across multiple disciplines. We will work with you to understand your vision and craft a customized plan that supports your organization and your employees.

17An investment in an exchange-traded fund (ETF) involves risks similar to those of investing in a broadly based portfolio of equity securities traded on exchange in the relevant securities market, such as market fluctuations caused by such factors as economic and political developments, changes in interest rates and perceived trends in stock prices. The investment return and principal value of ETF investments will fluctuate, so that an investor’s ETF shares, if or when sold, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the ETF. To obtain a prospectus, contact your Financial Advisor or visit the ETF company’s website. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
