Jonathan, Kyle, Sean, Greg, and Justin have all obtained the Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation designation from the firm. Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors who hold this designation receive unique training and education on company specific plans to service their clients' needs. These designated advisors can help you determine how your equity compensation fits into your overall goals and financial strategy; they utilize the resources and tools of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management including goals based strategies, personalized financial plans and customized solutions.

About Jonathan Karelitz
At Morgan Stanley Jonathan has earned the prestigious designation of Corporate Retirement Director a title given only to select Financial Advisors who have demonstrated skill, and experience in company sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k) and 403(b).
Jonathan began his career at AXA Advisors in 2005, and transitioned in 2007 to build The Karelitz Group at Oppenheimer & Co with his father Neal. The Karelitz Group moved their business to Morgan Stanley in late 2014.
Jonathan graduated from Trinity College in 2005 with a degree in Economics. He now resides in Sudbury, MA with his wife Melinda, and three girls: identical twin girls Julia and May and his youngest Evelyn. Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing and playing guitar.

About Neal Karelitz
Neal remains steadfast in his commitment to fundamental analysis, ensuring that he fully understands any investment before recommending it. His extensive experience has taught him the importance of avoiding overly complex strategies and valuing hard work. Neal employs a consultative approach to investing, working closely with his clients to understand their financial situations and investment priorities while carefully explaining the risks associated with each investment.
Neal holds his General Securities Representative License (Series 7) and is also licensed as an agent for life insurance in Massachusetts and several other states. He is a graduate of Milton Academy (1975) and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in 1979.
Neal lives in Wellesley, MA, with his wife, Susan, a past Trust Board Member at Children’s Hospital Boston. They have three sons, one of whom works alongside Neal at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management, and Corporate Retirement Director. Neal is a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren.
Outside of his professional life, Neal is passionate about cars, boats, and just about anything with a combustion engine. His hobbies include golf, skiing, tennis, and snowmobiling.

Prior to joining The Karelitz Group, Greg was an advisor at Alliance Bernstein and a Business Development Director in New York at Morgan Stanley’s Global Headquarters, where he worked closely with family offices and top private equity sponsors.
In his personal time, Greg has a passion for mentorship and supporting the arts, particularly dance. Within the community, Greg is a Trustee at Belmont Hill School and serves on the Steering Committee for the Young Patrons Circle at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Greg graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Financial Economics. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
