The Israel Group Nominated to Forbes Best-In-State wealth Management Teams (2025)
Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams ranking was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on in-person, virtual and telephone due diligence meetings and a ranking algorithm that includes: a measure of each team’s best practices, client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative criteria, including: assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisors rarely have audited performance reports. Personalized Solutions

While the strategies we provide are broad in scope, our approach is one hundred percent individualized. We deliver the personalized attention you expect, as we build a structured plan focused on achieving your life goals.
Lifestyle Management
We pay particular attention to the timing of milestone events to help ensure you are prepared each step of the way. Whether you are planning for your children’s education, a comfortable retirement or supporting an organization close to your heart, we develop the strategies needed to achieve your goals on schedule and without undue risk.
Asset Growth and Preservation
Asset management aims to achieve the best possible returns consistent with your level of risk. Working together, we create a customized strategy that applies long-held investment principles to help your assets appreciate appropriately. We also welcome the opportunity to incorporate sustainability, environmental and social values into our process. We embrace conflict-free decision making within a cost-effective structure.
Longevity Planning
Given extended life expectancy, we help customize allocation and distribution strategies to help you preserve assets, whether they are held at Morgan Stanley or other firms. This includes advice on 401(k) plan assets, life insurance and long-term care plans.
Risk Management
Life’s risks can manifest themselves in many ways – from loss of life to loss of health – and have the potential to impair the efficiency of a thoughtfully developed plan. We help address these concerns in a number of ways, ranging from insurance reviews to liquidity strategies.
Legacy Planning
Delivering an estate to the next generation or favorite charity requires more attention than families often realize. Coordinating with outside estate and tax professionals, we align estate planning goals with the appropriate asset titling and beneficiary designation requirements, while incorporating best practices to help enhance results.

13Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Investors should review a Program Disclosure Statement, which contains more information on investment options, risk factors, fees and expenses and possible tax consequences.
