About Brian Volpei

Brian began his career in the financial services industry in 2011, joining Morgan Stanley in 2014. As a trusted advisor, Brian overseas all aspects of client relationships and is responsible for building and implementing customized investment portfolios based on their unique financial goals outlined in their financial plan.

Brian is passionate about educating and coaching his clients through the complexities of financial markets. He utilizes his extensive experience as a Certified Financial Planner to bring his clients through a comprehensive financial planning process allowing him to gain a better understanding of their goals and helping bring to focus what matters most to them.

In 2022, Brian achieved the prestigious Family Wealth Director Designation, earned by fewer than 4% of all Morgan Stanley Advisors. This designation provides him with knowledge and experience in a range of wealth management strategies and solutions, including estate planning, philanthropy planning, control and restricted securities, hedging and monetization, and business succession planning.

Brian grew up in Burbank, California, and earned his B.S. degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, where he was also a member of the Division I Men's Hockey Team. Brian is an active member of the Burbank Rotary Club and sits on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater East Valley. He resides in Burbank with his wife Kylie and son Parker, and enjoys playing golf and giving back to the community in his free time.

About Victoria Valle

As a Wealth Management Associate, Vikki is responsible for the day-to-day interactions with clients, administration of client accounts and the overall operations of the team.

After entering the financial services industry straight out of high school, Vikki now has over 30 years of experience servicing clients. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 and started with the Cox Huffman Volpei Group early in 2017.

Vikki has been happily married to her High School sweetheart for 26 years and has 3 children in college. Her hobbies include book club, cooking, and of course spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys volunteering for the Epilepsy Foundation and the American Red Cross.  

Vikki has her Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and is a notary public.

Peter Barash is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in California.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Peter began his career in financial services in 1984, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Banking Specialist at U.S. Bank.

Peter is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Comparative Literature. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
