Bill joined Morgan Stanley in 1988. As a Portfolio Manager, he manages investment portfolios on a discretionary basis, in accordance with client goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) since 1995, Bill has a broad understanding of a variety of client financial needs. Bill started his financial services career with Merrill Lynch in 1972.
