About Bradley Hess

Brad has spent over three decades in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Brad graduated from North Dakota State University in 1976 with a degree in business administration. His journey into this field began in his college years when he was tasked with managing a stock portfolio as part of an assignment. This ignited his passion for navigating the complexities of the financial markets and building lasting relationships with clients.

What drives Brad as a financial advisor the joy he feels in helping his clients achieve their financial dreams and goals. Regardless of his clients’ goals, Brad thrives on the challenge of making strategic recommendations that stand the test of time. It’s not only about reaching his client’s goals; it’s about their financial well-being and peace of mind. He makes it a priority reach out to his clients regularly, offering his guidance and support every step of the way.

Outside of work, Brad cherishes spending time with his three children and two grandchildren. They are his biggest motivation and source of inspiration for the dedication that he shows his clients every single day. His favorite hobbies are golf, hunting, fishing, working out and Pickleball. He is a Rotarian at Omaha West Rotary, a member of the International Wine and Food Society in Omaha and a golfing member at Happy Country Club since 1989.

Adam is a Financial Planning Specialist known for his dedication to integrity and personalized client care. With a background in social services, Adam’s journey into the financial industry was driven by a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Having previously worked as a unit caseworker at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women, Adam witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals face upon reentering society after incarceration. Recognizing the need to break the cycle, Adam took the initiative and created a reentry program to provide inmates with essential skills to get jobs upon their release. This innovative program has been implemented across prisons in Nebraska.
