Both Advisors are subject matter professionals on the financial planning process, and both have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation - a rigorous educational program that culminates in a comprehensive exam. In addition to his CFP® designations, Ryan holds the Chartered Alternative Investments (CAIA®) designation, denoting his experience working with alternative asset classes like private equity, credit, real estate, and hedge funds. Andy also holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation. With over 40 years of combined experience in wealth management, Ryan and Andy have helped clients through various market cycles and have seen almost every iteration of financial obstacles clients can face.     Future Farmers of America makes a positive impact on the lives of students through education, instilling confidence, and providing career guidance for the farmers of the next generation.
    Price Cutter Charity Championship
    Since this golf tournament began in 1990, it has raised more than $19.4 million for children’s charities throughout the Ozarks. The event is played at Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield and is the parent to a myriad of related events hosted throughout the Ozarks.
    Missouri Cattleman Association
    The Missouri Cattlemen's Association helps represent the interests of cattlemen in Washington. The association stands by producers, protecting their rights and businesses.
    City of Springfield Police & Firefighters Pension Fund
    Andy has served on the City of Springfield Police & Fire Pension Fund since 2020. He has also served two terms as the President of the Board. The board makes policy recommendations to the City Council and ensures the day-to-day operations of the plan are carried out.
    MU Alumni Association - Greater Ozarks Chapter
    Andy has served on the Board of Directors for the MU Alumni Association – Greater Ozarks Chapter since 2013, including 3 terms as President. Andy is also the Chairmen of the association golf tournament which raises funds for scholarships so that local students can attend Mizzou. The tournament has raised over $350,000 and has endowed scholarships with funds exceeding $100,000. The event is the largest golf tournament hosted by the MU Alumni Association.

Meet The Groose - Stewart Group

About Ryan C Groose

Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley, Ryan is co-partner of the Groose-Stewart Group. Ryan graduated from The College of The Ozarks and began his career in Financial Services in 2004 before joining Morgan Stanley in 2007. Ryan is focused on building client relationships, developing and monitoring investment strategies, and working with Accountants, Estate Attorneys, and other professionals to help clients achieve their financial goals through a fully holistic approach. Ryan holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designation, insurance license, Series 3, 7, and 66 licenses, and Investment Management Consultant designation. He was also named to The Forbes Best in State Next-Gen Wealth Advisors of 2019.

Ryan is heavily involved in the community, having served on Dadeville school board since 2014. Friends of the Future Farmers of America – Ryan and his wife Casey help organize, collect donation items, and fry fish for the annual fish fry fund raiser. The Future Farmers of America organization has been an integral part of Ryan and his wife’s lives since they were young. They are supporters of the local 4-H chapter and Ryan’s wife has started a chapter in their own community.

Outside of the office, Ryan and his family are busy maintaining their own farm, where they grow corn and soybeans while developing replacement bred heifers that are sold twice a year in the Spring and Fall. Ryan and Casey have three children, a 17 year old daughter and two sons, aged 15 and 13. Their daughter, Noah, is on her high school cheerleading team and loves to cook and bake. Both Ben and Henry are passionate about sports, and both play basketball and baseball. Additionally they both enjoy hunting and fishing. Noah and Ben are following in their parents footsteps by joining the local FFA chapter as well. Ryan and his family reside in Dadeville, Missouri.

About Andy Stewart

Andy Stewart began his career in financial services after earning his Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning from The University of Missouri. As Associate Vice President at Morgan Stanley and co-partner for the Groose-Stewart Group Andy’s primary responsibilities include client relationships, investment strategies, liability management, coordinating with Accountants, Attorneys, and other professionals to shape and fulfill client’s financial aspirations and goals.

Demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the financial planning framework, Andy holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation. Andy enjoys seeing his clients reach their goals, whether it's sending their kids off to college or helping them save for the retirement of their dreams. He is a steward of the community serving on the Boards of Price Cutter Charity Championship, and the Springfield Police & Fire Pension. In recent years he has also served as President of the MU Alumni Association – Greater Ozarks Chapter, President of the Developmental Center of the Ozarks, and previously served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Isabel’s House, and The Good Samaritan Boys Ranch.

When he is not in the office, Andy enjoys spending time outdoors - on the golf course, fly fishing, or duck hunting. He also enjoys traveling with his friends and family. Andy lives with his wife Dulsey and their two wonderful children, Danny and DeLeighsey, in Springfield, Missouri.
