About Shannon H. Glor

As the founder of The Glor Wealth Management Group, Shannon’s singular focus is providing a white-glove, customized client experience. This, combined with his understanding of each of his client’s priorities is what sets The Glor Wealth Management Group apart from others in the industry.
Shannon has 30 years’ experience as a financial advisor; He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1993 and then moved to Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney) in 2008 where he now serves as Executive Director, Family Wealth Director, and Senior Portfolio Management Director. Shannon has been recognized as a member of Morgan Stanley's prestigious Master's Club since 2021 and was recognized by Forbes Best In State Advisor for 2023. Just recently his Team was also recognized by Forbes Best– In-State Wealth management Teams 2024.

Throughout the years, Shannon has developed an art for providing a unique, personalized service to each of his clients. Shannon’s ability to know and understand his client’s needs allows him to build customized financial plans that creatively achieve his clients’ long-term goals. Shannon places a high value on education and professional development. He is a Board-Certified Financial Planner, holds several FINRA Series licenses, and is a licensed Life, Health, Variable, and Long-Term Care Insurance professional. He also holds his NMLS mortgage license and can provide various cash management solutions.

Shannon is enthusiastically involved in his community! Currently he is an active member and supporter of Southeastern Guide Dogs/Paws for Patriots, The Tampa Connection Alumni Association, and his Church, South Tampa Fellowship. In 2002, Shannon graduated from Tampa Connection program and became a member of the Tampa Connection Board of Directors, where he served for 6 years as a board member and Chairman of the Board.
Shannon grew up in rural Missouri and graduated college from the University of Missouri, “Mizzou.” He has lived in Tampa, Florida since 2001. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Jenny, and his 3 children. In his spare time, Shannon enjoys watching sports of any kind, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Lightning!

About Steven D Katzman

Steven Katzman is a devoted partner of The Glor Group at Morgan Stanley. He has been an invaluable member of the Morgan Stanley family for more than 35 years and one of the Glor Groups trusted advisors for the last 8 years. Steve strives to understand his client’s needs and create a financial plan tailored to helping his clients reach their individual financial goals. He prides himself in his ability to make long lasting relationships that allow for him to become the family advisor of many for generation to generation.

Steve was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where he attended Missouri State University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In 1985, he moved to Tampa, FL to be closer to family and start his career in financial services. Steve is a family man and has been happily married to his wife, Donna, for 30 years and enjoys visiting his daughter every chance he gets! He enjoys exploring local restaurants and spending quality time with friends as well as supporting all Tampa Bay local sports!

Steve has been in the industry for a long time but is always open to expanding his understanding to new perspectives so he can provide his clients with the best service and advice possible. He enjoys educating himself on the bond market and applying that knowledge to his financial planning strategy. Throughout his career, he has earned several FINRA licenses and continues to develop his industry knowledge by attending various seminars on a regular basis. About Katie Leugers

Katie joined The Glor Group at the beginning of 2020 as the Business Development Associate and has been a valuable asset ever since.

She was born and raised in South Tampa, a true Davis Islands native. She attended St. John’s Episcopal in her elementary years and later graduated from H.B. Plant High School in 2008. After high school, Katie moved to Tallahassee, FL to attend Florida State University. During her time at FSU, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Valencia, Spain. In 2012, she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance & Marketing.

Katie started her career in Banking at the Downtown Tampa Branch of Regions Financial and after a few years transitioned her focus to the Securities Industry. In 2016, Katie joined the Tampa Office of E*TRADE Financial as a Branch Service Representative where she earned her Series 7 & 66 FINRA licenses.

Continuing to expand her knowledge and understanding of the industry is very important to Katie, and since joining The Glor Group she has become a licensed life, health, variable annuity and long term care professional.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Ben, enjoy spending quality time with their two children, as well as staying active in the community through a variety of local club sport teams. They can be spotted at any local team sporting event, whether it be to cheer on the Tampa Bay Rays, Bucs or Lightning!

About Samantha Menard

Samantha serves as The Glor Group’s Client Service Associate. She is an invaluable asset to our team. A normal day for Samantha includes all the behind the scene actions of document processing, transferring funds, connecting with clients and managing the inflow of client request as well as so much more! Samantha strives to have a commitment to excellence which provides clients with the confidence that they are receiving the best service in the business. She is essential to keeping the group in good order and if anyone needs assistance with anything she is our go to girl!

Born and raised in Brandon, FL Samantha developed a strong work ethic at a young age. Her family owned a business which educated her on the importance of working hard and providing exceptional service to be successful. She has carried this work ethic with her and applied it to her life as a motivated young professional.

Once graduating high school from the Academy of Holy Names in South Tampa, Samantha received well deserved scholarships to attend Purdue University. She was active in the community as a college student and a member of the University’ Club Swim Team. Before graduating with her Business Bachelor’s degree in 2016 she had the opportunity to study abroad in Milan, Italy where she found her love for Finance.

After graduating, Samantha returned to the Tampa Bay area to escape the cold weather and reunite with her family. She started her career at Charles Schwab where she earned her FINRA series licenses, then moved to Edelman Financial Services, and now is a member of the Morgan Stanley family. Samantha sees value in expanding her knowledge in the industry and since becoming a member of The Glor Group has become a Certified Qualified Financial Paraplanner and a licensed insurance professional.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of South Tampa. She is actively involved with the group, “Ready to Achieve”, which teaches financial literacy to teens and young adults in the Florida foster care system and group homes. She also graduated from Tampa Connections in 2022 and was recognized as "Team Member of the Year". Samantha loves baking, going on outdoor adventures, and staying fit with yoga and barre. Samantha has a true desire to help clients with any of their financial service needs and looks forward to making long lasting relationships with our clients.

About Callie Mitchell

Callie is the newest member of The Glor Wealth Management Group, joining in August of 2024 as a Client Relationship Analyst. Callie brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team, having previously excelled as the Summer Intern back in 2023. She recently obtained her Series 7 & 66 FINRA licenses and is a licensed insurance professional.

A proud graduate of Florida State University, Callie holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration. This academic background, combined with hands-on experience, equips Callie with a deep understanding of financial dynamics and client management strategies.

Callie was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and holds a deep appreciation for her hometown. She recently relocated to Tampa after graduation to embark on her professional journey.

Outside of work, Callie enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.

About Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Florida.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Michael began his career in financial services in 2010, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Regional Lending Director at Wells Fargo Advisors. He also served as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.

Michael is a graduate of the Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He lives in St. Petersburg, FL. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys the outdoors with his dog Wayne, playing ice hockey and golf, and watching all of his favorite sports teams let him down. He serves his community through Reach St. Pete, a non-profit that provides resources to those experiencing homelessness, low-income, and at-risks situations.
