Priscilla began her career with Shearson American Express in January of 1983. For over 40 years she has served her clients loyally, helping them to achieve their goals, managing their financial lives, and helping them to prepare and sustain their lifestyle throughout their retirement.  With her experience, Priscilla has helped her clients navigate through some of the toughest markets in history. About Paige E. Betancourt-Bentz

Partner at The Gardiners Bay Group, Morgan Stanley and Senior Portfolio Manager, Paige and her partners oversee the investment management of over $600 million for individual and institutional clients, as of January 2021.

Well versed in the newest technologies, Paige works in concert with her other partners to marry traditional disciplines of investment strategies with a more contemporary approach. Paige focuses on portfolio development, strategy, and execution. She believes in a client focused approach and prioritizes her responsibility and transparency when making discretionary decisions for her clients. She holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 Securities Registrations and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensing. Paige is a member of the Portfolio Management Institute, and an Alumnae member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity where she has volunteered for many years as an advisor.

A native of East Quogue, New York, Paige currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Edward, an active duty Medical Army Officer, and her two children, Madeline and Evan. A graduate of the University of Connecticut (BA) with a double major in Communications and Sociology, she firmly believes in efficiency and clear-cut communication between her team and the clients that they serve.

In her spare time, Paige enjoys traveling, visiting family, and cooking.

About Laura Fennell

Laura is a Senior Portfolio Manager with over 25 years of experience. Laura works with successful families concentrating on each client's specific needs focusing on asset allocation, risk & tax-efficient management seeking to achieve long term favorable results with reduced volatility. Developing long-term, intergenerational relationships, communication and exceptional client service are key commitments to every client.

Laura holds the Certified Investment Management Analysts (CIMA) designation, from the prestigious Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).

Laura attended Colorado State University before earning a full softball scholarship to St. John's University graduating with a B.S. in Finance. Laura started her financial career as a compliance officer at Smith Barney identifying & reporting risks to the firm, she also assisted in designing & implementing controls to mitigate those risks.

Laura’s credentials also include certification as a Retirement Plan Consultant, Investment Management Consultant, Financial Planning Specialist.

Laura coached youth sports for over 15 years, and is the past Vice President of East End Little League. She has been active in the PTO, local fundraising activities and served as the treasurer of the Westhampton Beach High School Dugout Club. Jorge joined The Gardiners Bay Group at Morgan Stanley in July 2021; he and his partners oversee the investment management for individual and institutional clients.
He holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Jorge is an analytical-minded financial advisor. His primary responsibility is financial planning, portfolio modeling and analysis in addition to relationship management.
Jorge graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He then went on to earn Master of Business Administration from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena in Spain.
Prior to moving to New York City Jorge worked as a Projects Engineer at Cesar Scott Inc. In 2015, he was hired by Giorgio Armani where he coordinated all aspects of operations including financial processes, logistics, and supply chain.
Born and raised in Mexico, Jorge enjoys traveling, exercising, hiking, karaoke, spending time with family and friends and spending summers at the beach.
