Our Goals-Based Process

No matter who the client is, we focus on the well-being of their entire family, knowing that every decision we make together may impact many people. Together, we work to answer their most pressing questions, both immediate and long-term:

What does the new tax law mean to my investments?
How can I maximize my employment benefits?
How soon can I retire?
How long will the money last?
Will it allow me to continue in the same kind of lifestyle?
How can I best safeguard my children and grandchildren’s future?

The solutions our clients need may be simple or sophisticated. Either way, we have the credentials, dedicated resources and analytical tools to focus on each client’s unique goals, manage their complexity and offer customized strategies and solutions to address their specific needs. Philanthropy

Over the years, we’ve worked with individuals, foundations and non-profit organizations to help them navigate the complex world of philanthropy. Many of our individual donors have shifted from just making grants to taking a more active role. As Financial Advisors, we go the extra mile in helping you sort through some of the problems and challenges that follow your decision to move beyond writing checks to hands-on involvement in a cause that touches your heart. We help you avoid making errors that could blunt the impact you have on your chosen cause and cause you to spend more than you can afford in trying to correct those missteps.

We also assist quite a few non-profit organizations in a number of ways. Serving on the board of a charitable organization offers a priceless opportunity to change the world for the better. It also means making tough choices. Not every valuable program can be supported and not every exciting grant proposal can be funded. We help our institutional clients to see these choices from a financial and business perspective. We also help them balance today’s spending needs, which may be urgent, against tomorrow’s needs, which may be unpredictable.

Like many of our clients, we offer not only financial support, but active participation to a number of causes. Here is a partial list:

About Randy Dombrowski

Randy is a Senior Vice President, Financial Planning Specialist, Insurance Planning Director, and Financial Advisor at the GA 400 Group, a highly skilled wealth management practice located in Alpharetta, GA. An industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience, Randy focuses on helping successful individuals and families understand the intricate details of their wealth. He is proud to be a longstanding member of Morgan Stanley, having been part of the firm’s history since 1984.

Growing up in Central Wisconsin, Randy was always intrigued by the stock market. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Industrial Engineering and Marketing, he began his career in the corporate offices of Caterpillar Tractor Company. It was during this time that he inherited $1,500 from his grandfather. After one year of stock trading, he turned his initial investment into $10,000. He enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to make a career change that would impact the rest of his life. He joined E.F. Hutton (now Morgan Stanley) as a Financial Advisor and has been devoted ever since to helping clients achieve their long-term goals, while striving to strengthen their family’s financial independence.

Randy draws upon his vast knowledge and experience to provide clients with tailored advice and outstanding service. His disciplined process begins with asking the right questions and actively listening. This information then serves as the foundation for the development of a detailed plan that reflects each client’s goals, values and circumstances. He enjoys educating his clients about complex strategies using simple and easy-to-understand language.

Randy’s desire to help others is equaled only by his dedication to his family, church and his industry. He and his wife, Jeanene, have been married for 28 years and counting and are both active members of the Perimeter Church. Randy has also been a member of the Association for Professional Investment Consultants since 2010.

Randy and Jeanene currently reside in Alpharetta, GA. Their daughter, Jordan Rae, who graduated from Stamford University just jointed the Children Health Society (CHS) in Fort Meyer Florida as a counselor. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys staying active with various woodworking activities and crafts, landscaping projects and constructing and maintaining his koi pond.
