Our Story and Services

Focused on the Life You Envision; A Personalized, Strategic Approach to Wealth Management

Charting a clear, confident course to financial security begins with understanding your values, priorities and aspirations, all in the context of your full financial picture. Our personalized approach and disciplined consultation process centers around you and your family – where you are today and where you envision yourself in the future. We work together with you to define what is most important to you and then develop the strategies that are most appropriate for your unique needs, whether you are accumulating wealth, protecting against risk, planning for retirement or creating your legacy.

Our Clients

We serve a select group of clients, intentionally limiting the size of our practice to ensure that we can give each of our clients the service and attention they deserve. Many of our clients are highly successful executives who are in established careers or into retirement. They are building wealth through complex compensation plans and concentrated stock positions in their high-earning years as well as retirees that seek us to implement strategies that help them make the most of their benefits while seeking to minimize taxes. By delivering a greater level of service, we are enabled to have a more focused approach and deeper understanding in servicing clients' legacy and multi-generational wealth management objectives.

Our Four-Step Wealth Management Process

Step 1 – Discovery. We begin with an honest conversation about what makes you tick and what keeps you up at night. By asking the right questions, we earn your confidence and establish a clear understanding of your concerns. The more we know about you, the better we are able to develop a wealth management strategy that is personalized to your unique goals.

Step 2 – Financial Planning. We believe in doing a financial plan for every client, so you know where you stand in every area of your financial life, from cash flow and investments to retirement and estate planning.

Step 3 – Investment Strategy. Based on everything we've learned, we develop a customized investment strategy designed to help you meet your short- and long-term goals.

Step 4 – Review & Monitoring. We meet periodically, based on your preferences, to review investment performance and overall progress. We also check in with you to hear about what's new in your life, so we can help ensure that your wealth management strategy stays aligned with your goals.

    Demystifying 10b5-1 Plans
When selling company shares, corporate executives, directors and other insiders must pay careful attention to ensure compliance with corporate policies and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules.

First, insiders can only sell during “open windows,” lasting usually only four to six weeks after each earnings release. In addition, insiders cannot sell when they have material nonpublic information (MNPI). 10b5-1 plans may offer a solution and are designed to address these issues.
