We begin with an informal conversation to understand your financial concerns and determine how we can add value. If we all agree to move forward, we’ll schedule our next meeting and request important financial information.

3. Analysis & Plan Development

4. Implementation
In this step, we present appropriate strategies that are designed to work together to achieve your goals. Upon your approval, we open new accounts for you at Morgan Stanley and initiate our investment recommendations. We’ll also begin to implement other strategies we’ve discussed. These often encompass tax minimization strategies, as well as risk management and estate planning techniques.

Geoff holds the title of Portfolio Manager and brings over 20 years of investment experience to a range of clients that includes high net worth families, foundations, endowments, and pension plans. Geoff has extensive knowledge in portfolio design and is responsible for strategic portfolio management, asset allocation and portfolio optimization which guides the Fordham Group's disciplined investment process. He helps bridge the gap between clients' comprehensive financial plans and their investments. Geoff is a graduate of East Carolina University where he received his B.S. degree in Business Administration. About Anne-Marie Cummings
Anne-Marie handles the administrative and operational needs of The Fordham Group's clients and is committed to providing a high level of service. Prior to joining the team in 2013, Anne-Marie was a Finance Manager at a local construction company and assisted customers in securing financing to fund their remodeling projects. Since 2013, Anne-Marie has become fully licensed by passing the Series 7 and Series 66 which allow her to better serve our clients by handling trade activity as needed.
Anne-Marie is the only non-North Carolina native on our team and came to the state in 2006 to attend college and never left. Anne-Marie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Economics and Sociology and a minor in Chemistry. She currently serves as the President of the House Corporation Board for the UNC Chapter of Pi Beta Phi and is an active member of the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties.
When not at work or volunteering, Anne-Marie can often be found reading on the couch with her husband and high school sweetheart, Sean, and their two cats Mona and Cooper. Anne-Marie loves to cook and will likely encourage you to purchase a pressure cooker if given the opportunity. Anne-Marie is also an avid Barre and Pilates enthusiast and is usually at a workout if not at her desk at lunch. She and Sean enjoy travelling and have recently been to Argentina, Uruguay, Hawaii, California, and Anne-Marie's homeland of Canada.
