About Mark Grantham

Mark Grantham has been with Morgan Stanley since 1992 and holds the title of Executive Director and Portfolio Management Director. He attended Oakland City College and the University of Michigan-Flint. Mark holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, and 31 registrations, has successfully completed the Lump Sum Distribution courses, and is licensed for life and variable annuities. He is well-versed in Social Security filing strategies and closely monitors the markets.

Mark remains involved in youth and high school sports, drawing from his experience playing Division III baseball in college, which fostered his competitive spirit. As a member of the Genesee County Coaches and Officials Association, he officiates high school basketball and football, emphasizing the lifelong benefits of athletics and sportsmanship.

Mark and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 1985 and are blessed with two children and eight grandchildren. They are actively involved with the nonprofit organization UCAN (United Community Addiction Network), working to combat opioid and other addictions in the community, with a passion for removing the stigma associated with addiction. Additionally, they participate weekly in the "Bread for Life" program in local school systems and engage in other church-related volunteer activities.

As an avid golfer, Mark enjoys spending time in Mancelona, Northern Michigan, where he loves hunting and exploring the woods with his family.

About Brock Cooper

Brock serves two primary roles with Morgan Stanley in the Grand Blanc office. He is the Producing Branch Manager as well as a Financial Advisor with the Evergreen Hill Group. Brock has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years in both management and advisory positions. Brock has an extensive background in investment management, financial planning, client service and building strong team and client relationships.

He began his career in financial services in 2001 with a small firm in Philadelphia, and his career has included positions with Merrill Lynch, TIAA and Morgan Stanley. With experience in the industry across multiple firms, Brock has been able to develop practice management strategies and best practices to drive successful client outcomes. He has an extensive knowledge of multiple financial planning systems and completed his Family Wealth Advisor designation in 2019.

Kerigan joins the Evergreen Hill Group as a Registered Client Service Associate. She grew up in Metro Detroit before attending Grand Valley State University, majoring in Finance. Kerigan has been serving clients with Morgan Stanley for 3 years and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Joseph Portera is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Michigan.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Joseph began his career in financial services in 2002 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Commercial Lender and Market Director at JPMorgan Chase.

Joseph is a graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and Keller Graduate School of Business where he received a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance & Accounting.
