Craig is a co-founding partner of the Cymrot Group and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He graduated from Arizona University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Craig has over 33 years of extensive experience as a Financial Advisor. He is also a Certified Financial Planner who plays the central role in developing and implementing customized financial plans. He keeps clients informed on the progress and development of their plans through annual review meetings, ongoing client calls, and periodic capital markets outlook newsletters. Craig and his team are firmly committed to long-term relationships and strive to deliver exceptional client service.

About Wayne Cymrot
Wayne is a co-founding partner of the Cymrot Group and a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Degree in Political Science. Wayne has over 32 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. He specializes in helping create and deliver investment strategies. His primary role is to lead the team and to help clients navigate financial markets by developing investment strategies for client portfolios. He is responsible for providing asset allocation, investment selection, and research for the Cymrot Group’s investment models. Wayne and his team are firmly committed to long-term relationships and strive to deliver exceptional client service.

About Josephine Yap
Josephine Yap is an Assistant Vice President and is the key member of The Cymrot Group. She graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a MBA in Human Resources and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2005. She serves as the team's backbone and manages in supporting team members to ensure a high-quality experience for clients. She is also the key client contact for all problem resolutions, team coordination and workflow, escalation point for all team related matters, business development, operations and marketing.

Jami Rhoads has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. In addition to managing the Team’s schedule, she is focused on client support, service and relationship development, and finds great satisfaction in providing outstanding service, advocating for and getting to know clients.
About Asa Chao
Asa joined Morgan Stanley since 2017. He graduated from UC Davis with Degree in Economics. He is also Level 1 CFA candidate. He comes from a financial planning background, his values are in line with the team’s philosophy that focuses on the particular needs of Cymrot Group’s high net worth clients. He helps the team with the analysis and ongoing updates of client’s comprehensive financial plans.

Jonathan Cymrot is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he works with individuals and families to develop investment strategies planning for their long-term financial goals. Jonathan takes a disciplined and thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate important financial decisions and plan for the future. He brings a strong foundation in analysis and communication after earning a degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University, as well as a team-oriented mindset shaped by his background in athletics. Jonathan is committed to building lasting relationships and providing attentive, personalized guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Outside of the office he enjoys playing golf and is an avid Bay Area sports fan (Sharks, Giants, Warriors, Niners).

Brittany joined Morgan Stanley in 2026, bringing a decade of experience from the sports industry. She holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from Chico State University and a graduate degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. As she transitions into the industry, Brittany brings a skillset in marketing and client relations through her work with a prominent sport agency and the San Francisco Giants. She is eager to leverage her client-facing background to deliver exceptional service and foster strong partnerships within the Cymrot Group.
About Brandon Er
Brandon joined Morgan Stanley as a Client Service Associate in 2026, having previously interned with the team in 2024. He is a current student at Santa Clara University majoring in Finance. He is also a Level 3 CFA candidate. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Brandon served in the Singapore Armed Forces for two years.
