Welcome

Our clients lead busy lives. Some are trying to find balance between the demands of their work and the needs and desires of their families. For others, the family is grown, and they’re actively preparing for retirement. Many of our clients are already retired, and they’re often the busiest of all—enjoying lives filled with travel, pursuing their passions, and of course, keeping up with their children and grandchildren.

No matter which stage in life our clients may be, they are likely to have two major financial goals: confidence that they’ll have the resources they need during their retirement years, and security for their families, both now and later.

Our clients come to us because they realize that they lack the time, and sometimes the expertise, to deal with the complexity of today’s financial world. They realize they need help organizing and simplifying their lives. They want to stop worrying whether they are on track to retire comfortably and seek the help of professionals who can give them that confidence.

Our clients stay with us because we take the time to listen to them; we know their family; and we understand their story. We take great pride in our planning process which brings together goals and values, needs and concerns, and even anticipates some of life’s unforeseen blind spots. Our clients look to us first for guidance on nearly any financial matter because we know what is going on in their lives and they know we care.

How We Are Different

    Icon Image
    1) Our team’s perspective
Our more than 77 years of combined industry experience, enables us to recognize opportunities and address potential problem areas that others may miss.

This broad range of experiences has given us a distinctive perspective that enables us to recognize the little things that others might not notice, the blind spots that can trip people up.

For example, we’ve seen instances where trusts have been created, but never funded or beneficiaries have remained unchanged even after changes in family relationships. Therefore, we generally serve as an advocate and steward in the estate planning process, as we’re often aware of aspects regarding our client situations that they might not think to mention. Our experience and perspective helps us help them make wise decisions.
    Icon Image
    2) The depth of relationships we build with our clients.
Our relationships begin with listening to our clients, and we really listen. We want to know everything about them, so we ask questions—a lot of questions!

Of course, we want to know about the “what,” but we’re even more concerned about the “why” – what’s going on behind the “what.”

Over time, our clients want to include us in various aspects of their lives. So it’s not unusual for us to become friends, and oftentimes more like family.
    Icon Image
    3) The family-centric focus of our team
As our client relationships grow, we meet the children, the grandchildren, and the rest of their extended family. We observe the family dynamics, the roles people play in each other’s lives, and often serve as the facilitator to guide family discussions and decision making.

Our client relationships have expanded to three and four generations. We help them prepare for their family transitions, drawing upon our own personal experiences.

We know that confidence and trust take time, so we have built our team to provide continuity of care for our clients and their families for generations to come.
    Icon Image
    4) Our Values
-We consider it a privilege to serve our clients, not just a job.
-Client's calls are NOT an interruption; they are why we are here.
-We are professionals who provide solutions for our most important asset, our clients.
-We treat our clients like important family members because they are part of our family.
-Our clients are and will always be the lifeblood of our business.
