About James Maus
He attended Stonehill College in Easton, MA, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration.
James began his career in the financial industry in 1987 at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for Northern Futures, a subsidiary of Northern Trust Bank. He then became a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and traded in currency and financial futures.
He returned to Florida in 1992 as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Keegan and joined Morgan Stanley in 2004.
James is NASD Series 7, 63, 31, and Insurance licensed and holds the designation of Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager.

About Fred Walker
A graduate of the University of Florida, Fred earned his B.S. in Business Administration & Information Technology. In 2006, he returned to the University of Florida and earned his Masters in Business Administration.
Fred enjoyed a unique childhood, living in Thailand, Egypt, the Bahamas, and his family home in Maine. He travels frequently and has visited over 30 countries.
As well as being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he holds the designations of Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager.

About Charlie Dougherty
Charlie grew up in International Falls, Minnesota, and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After completing his college education, he started his career at Thompson McKinnon Securities, where he worked for eight years until 1988. He then moved on to Prudential Securities, where he worked for 15 years before joining Wachovia Securities, where he worked for six years until 2009 when he joined Morgan Stanley.
Charlie is a proud father of four children and has five grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys practicing the art of bonsai and has been a dedicated bonsai artist for over 25 years. Charlie also loves spending time in nature, particularly houseboating in the wilderness.
Throughout his career, Charlie has demonstrated a deep commitment to his clients and their financial well-being. His extensive experience in the financial industry have earned him a well-deserved reputation as a trusted and reliable advisor.
About LeeAnn Azzara
In 2023, LeeAnn completed her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. She upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism with her clients. Holding licenses such as the Series 7, 63, 66, and FL Life & Health Insurance, she remains well-equipped to address her clients' diverse financial needs.
LeeAnn is also a CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANS SPECIALIST™, which is a designation for business-focused retirement plan advisors. CRPS® professionals advise firms and help them implement and maintain retirement plans.
LeeAnn was honored as a member of the Morgan Stanley Pacesetters Club in 2025, which represents a group of the Firm’s successful Financial Advisors.
LeeAnn was born in Montreal, Canada but grew up on the small island of Nassau, The Bahamas. Her culturally diverse upbringing fostered a passion for connecting with people of all backgrounds – a quality she carries into her financial advising practice. Honorees were selected based on their proven leadership, professional accomplishments and their dedication to the community.
In addition to staying active in his community, Richard enjoys traveling, playing sports, and trying new foods.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Richard earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.

About John Fanning
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
John began his career in financial services in 1992, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Commercial Banker at SunTrust Bank (now Truist Bank) and Bank United. He also also served as a Finance Manager at Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services.
John is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his family. Outside of the office, John enjoys coaching and watching his sons excel in sports, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on all South Florida sports team.
About Leticia Teixeira
Leticia began her career in financial services in 2011 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2020. Prior to her current position, she worked at multiple Financial Services firms in Florida including RBC, Itaú and UBS.
Leticia graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Psychology and obtained an MBA in Organizational Management from Carlos Albizu University. She holds her Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designations.
Outside of work, Leticia enjoys practicing her photography skills, family trips and volunteering at school activities. Leticia is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil and she is fluent in English and Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish. She currently lives in Broward, FL with her husband and 2 children.
