About Gayle Bullock

Gayle is a founding partner of The Bullock Group at Morgan Stanley, where she currently manages more than $675 million in assets. For more than 25 years, Gayle has been providing highly customized advice, investment strategies and financial planning services to health care and business executives, multigenerational families and foundations. She has earned the reputation of truly understanding her clients—their lives, their interests and their plans for the future—so they may pursue their financial goals and leave the legacies they desire.

An alumna of UCLA, Gayle earned her M.P.A. and Certificate in Health Services Administration from the University of Southern California. She began her career in the healthcare industry in 1976, and over the years has held senior leadership positions at several area hospitals, including those in the Memorial Health System and St. Joseph Health System and at start-up healthcare companies backed by sophisticated venture capital. She earned the designation of Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and was named an “Up and Comer” by the ACHE in Modern Healthcare magazine in 1988. She has served as past president of both Healthcare Executives of Southern California and Women in Health Administration, and currently serves on the healthcare advisory board of the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Policy, Planning and Development.

After building a rewarding 18-year career in the healthcare industry, Gayle decided to pursue her passion to work in wealth management. In 1994, she joined Merrill Lynch to specialize in financial services for healthcare clients. Later there with her husband Bill, they formed The Bullock Group and became part of the Morgan Stanley family in 2011 and have been consistently honored as a Five-Star Wealth Manager by Orange Coast magazine since 2012.

As a designated Family Wealth Director, Gayle has access to a variety of family advisory services at Morgan Stanley including family governance and dynamics, philanthropic services and customized reporting. With her daughter and now partner, Kendall Bullock Wear, CFP, the Group offers comprehensive wealth management services across a range of disciplines and a full suite of financial planning and investment services to wealthy individuals, families, institutions, foundations, and endowments

About Kendall Bullock Wear

As a Financial Advisor with the Bullock Group at Morgan Stanley, Kendall seeks to fully understand her clients’ unique needs and goals, and then integrate strategic investment solutions into a comprehensive financial plan. She focuses on working with her clients and their families to help them establish their legacies and guide them toward a successful financial future.

Kendall began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2013 as a Financial Advisor at the firm’s West Coast Client Advisory Center. She joined The Bullock Group in 2016. Previously, she worked at Athletes First, an NFL sports agency where she assisted rookies and their families with the transition into the league.

Kendall holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in sports and entertainment marketing from the University of Southern California. She earned her CFP© (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER) in 2018, a designation recognized as the industry standard of excellence for personal financial planning. In her free time, Kendall enjoys being outside, exercising and spending time with her husband, Travis her son, William and her daughter, Kennedy.

About Jimmy Turner

Jimmy Turner is a Registered Client Service Associate who joined the Bullock Group in 2020 after graduating from the University of California, Irvine. As Captain of UCI’s Men’s soccer team, he led the program to its most successful season in program history, winning its first conference title and Division 1 NCAA playoff appearance. Jimmy also played professional soccer for five seasons, including one internationally, and continues to play recreationally on a team of former collegiate and professional players. In his free time he coaches elite youth players and scouts for a MLS team. In 2024 he coached a Trinity League varsity high school soccer team from its former Division 4 standing to being a Southern Section CIF Division 1 Finalist and CIF Division 1 State Regional Finalist. Jimmy and his wife Leslie reside in Irvine with their Golden Doodle, cat, and son Gunnar.

About Audrey Mandaro

Audrey Mandaro is Series 7 & Series 63 licensed and has been a Private Wealth Associate for a team of financial advisors at Alliance Bernstein in NYC. This native New Yorker has been looking to move to California since graduating from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where she played NCAA Division I lacrosse as an athlete scholar.
