Our Five-Step Process

Our wealth management approach focuses on you, your family and your career – where you are today and where you want to go. Working together, we develop the strategies to help get you there, navigating life’s challenges and helping you make more informed decisions about your wealth.

    1. Introductory Call
We begin with an informal conversation to understand your financial concerns and determine how we can add value. If we all agree to move forward, we’ll schedule our next meeting and request important financial information.
    Icon Image
    2. Get To Know You Meeting
We continue the dialogue by fostering an in-depth conversation where we learn about the values that shape your decisions and identify any unique circumstances. We also review the documents you’ve prepared and define your priorities.

    3. Analysis & Plan Development
Here, we utilize proprietary financial planning tools to develop a personalized and detailed plan with recommendations to help you grow, preserve and transfer your wealth.
    Icon Image
    4. Implementation
In this step, we present appropriate strategies that are designed to work together to help achieve your goals. Upon your approval, we open new accounts for you at Morgan Stanley and initiate our investment recommendations. We’ll also begin to implement other strategies we’ve discussed. These often encompass tax minimization strategies, as well as risk management and estate planning techniques.

    5. Ongoing Service
Committed to premium service, we focus on developing a relationship that provides dedicated value to you and your family. About Jack G Ross

With more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad perspective of the investment world to our clients. After attending the University of Alabama where he majored in Finance, Jack began his career in the insurance industry in 1998 at Jefferson Pilot Financial.

Within this time, Jack unfortunately lost his father and had to quickly learn the complexities within his father’s estate as an administrator. Having navigated through such an impactful life-changing event, Jack’s motivation in serving clients not only stems from a philosophy driven by his background as a Certified Financial Planner®, but from the challenges of navigating the complex world of finance as an estate administrator.

Jack’s top priority is helping clients achieve their most important goals. He focuses on creating financial solutions – investing, planning, estate planning strategies, tax efficiency, assets, and liabilities.

With the hands-on knowledge and experience Jack acquired, he then spent 6 years at Wachovia Securities as a financial advisor from 2002 to 2008, alongside his partner Gary Hinson. Jack made a firm change to Smith Barney in 2008 which then became Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has been with the firm for over 14 years. After his transition, Jack earned the titles of First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley. Soon after, both Jack and Gary took the extra step to demonstrate commitment and professionalism by attaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Jack lives in Collierville, TN with his two boys, John and Nick. Outside of work, he spent nine years coaching basketball and football teams for both of his sons when they were younger. Currently, Jack enjoys watching a variety of sports such as pro football, basketball and baseball.
