Approach

Our team, along with Morgan Stanley's Global Sports & Entertainment Group, have worked together to develop financial education programs for sports and entertainment veterans and emerging talent, including collegiate athletes, to help them avoid common mishaps. About David Bieber
A member of Morgan Stanley’s Chairman Club since 2006, most recently in 2025, David ranks among the top advisors in the United States. He was named as one of Barron’s Top 1200 Financial Advisors in 2025. Additionally The Bieber Group of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management was named to Forbes Best-In-State wealth management teams list in 2025. Forbes magazine describes the recipients of their awards as those who “lead the way in offering best practices.”
David is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He is a Certified Portfolio Manager within the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management Program and a designated International Client Advisor. David enjoys spending his free time playing tennis, having guitar jam sessions, and exploring new food experiences.

About Michael L. Galasso, QPFC
Michael’s financial industry career began at Prudential-Bache Securities as an intern in 1984. After a sales position at PepsiCo, he moved to a startup, LivePerson, where he helped to secure $80 million in funding within 18 months. He was instrumental in growing LivePerson from a team of four to a staff of 200 before taking the company public in April of 2000.
Michael joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 as a Financial Advisor, where he was able to capitalize on his lifelong fascination with global macroeconomics and the way social events impact the broader financial markets. He now works to develop and deepen client relationships through in-depth financial analysis, utilizing Morgan Stanley’s Asset Aggregation and Goals Based Planning systems, among others.
When he’s not advising clients, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travel, new culinary experiences, and almost anything to do with baseball, history, and the study of global economics. Michael was born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area.

About Danny Harris
Prior to joining The Bieber Group, Danny worked as a financial planner at Goldman Sachs providing white glove service to the Goldman Sachs Partners and C-Suite executives, focusing on the development and execution of their financial, estate, and tax planning needs.
Danny graduated Binghamton University with a master’s in accounting and is a non-practicing CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT licensed in the state of New York. Danny enjoys spending his free time playing softball, going to concerts, and hiking with his family.

About Janna Bernstein
Janna graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Janna joined The Bieber Group in January of 2018 and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector focusing on client relationship management working with high net worth and institutional investors. Immediately prior to Morgan Stanley, Janna worked at UBS Financial Services, developing, maintaining and managing relationships with institutional clients.
Janna currently resides in Long Island with her husband and in her free time she enjoys traveling, gardening and entertaining friends and family over new recipes she is eager to try.

About Mickey Perez
Private Banking Group (PBG) Market Managers partner with Financial Advisors/ Private Wealth Advisors (collectively “Advisors”) to deliver specialized cash management and lending solutions, while strategically leading sales activity and deepening client engagement across Wealth Management markets to drive growth aligned with long-term business objectives.
Mickey began his career in financial services in 1994 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010. Prior to his current position, he initiated and managed the Private Banking Internal Sales Desk for Morgan Stanley Private Bank. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in a Private Banking role at Wachovia Securities and in a Trust & Estate role at JP Morgan Chase.
Mickey is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. He lives in White Plains, New York with his family. Outside of the office, Mickey enjoys spending time with his family, particularly at the beach, and playing golf.
About Angelo Loumbas
Originally from Chicago and now residing in Westchester County, New York, , Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented UHNW clients, closely held businesses, and major philanthropic organizations. He is admitted to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been asked to speak over the years before tax, trust and estate committees of estate planning councils and other organizations. Angelo has also contributed thought leadership through Morgan Stanley’s Family Legacy and Governance Institute leadership series and authored an article for Barrons.com, “Should I Invest in My Kid’s Start-Up? Financial Advisors Can Help Clients Decide” (2023).
Angelo has been advising UHNW clients in the financial services industry for over 17 years, with 13 of those years at Morgan Stanley in Chicago and New York. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University at Bloomington, his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and B.A. from DePaul University. He also holds his Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses. In addition, Angelo served as President of the Rotary Club of Chicago (“ROTARY/One”), the world’s first Rotary club (2009-2010).
