David Bieber, the founder of Bieber Group, has over 30 years of experience managing the complex financial planning and investment needs of ultra-high net worth individuals, foundations, qualified retirement plans, institutions, and family offices. David believes in the importance of an individualized approach, identifying each client’s unique goals and implementing appropriate strategic plans to help achieve identified objectives. David has built a team emphasizing intellectual rigor, customization, and committed service.

A member of Morgan Stanley’s Chairman Club since 2006, most recently in 2025, David ranks among the top advisors in the United States. He was named as one of Barron’s Top 1200 Financial Advisors in 2025. Additionally The Bieber Group of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management was named to Forbes Best-In-State wealth management teams list in 2025. Forbes magazine describes the recipients of their awards as those who “lead the way in offering best practices.”

David is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He is a Certified Portfolio Manager within the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management Program and a designated International Client Advisor. David enjoys spending his free time playing tennis, having guitar jam sessions, and exploring new food experiences.

Michael Galasso aims to overachieve with every client relationship by helping already successful people make superior financial decisions. These efforts include providing clients with sound advice, timely information, and proprietary products. Michael’s areas of focus include financial analysis, portfolio design and management, client relationship management, and advisory.

Michael’s financial industry career began at Prudential-Bache Securities as an intern in 1984. After a sales position at PepsiCo, he moved to a startup, LivePerson, where he helped to secure $80 million in funding within 18 months. He was instrumental in growing LivePerson from a team of four to a staff of 200 before taking the company public in April of 2000.

Michael joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 as a Financial Advisor, where he was able to capitalize on his lifelong fascination with global macroeconomics and the way social events impact the broader financial markets. He now works to develop and deepen client relationships through in-depth financial analysis, utilizing Morgan Stanley’s Asset Aggregation and Goals Based Planning systems, among others.

When he’s not advising clients, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travel, new culinary experiences, and almost anything to do with baseball, history, and the study of global economics. Michael was born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area.

Danny Harris is a trusted financial advisor with 12 years of expertise in tax-efficient investment planning, estate strategies, and investment management. Danny provides strategic guidance and personalized solutions that can help optimize wealth, minimize tax burdens, and build lasting legacies.

Prior to joining The Bieber Group, Danny worked as a financial planner at Goldman Sachs providing white glove service to the Goldman Sachs Partners and C-Suite executives, focusing on the development and execution of their financial, estate, and tax planning needs.

Danny graduated Binghamton University with a master’s in accounting and is a non-practicing CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT licensed in the state of New York. Danny enjoys spending his free time playing softball, going to concerts, and hiking with his family.

Janna is a Group Director with The Bieber Group at Morgan Stanley, providing steadfast advocacy to clients, helping ensure clients receive the world-class seamless client experience they deserve. As a primary resource for her clients, Janna utilizes her background and knowledge across the Morgan Stanley platform to help offer solutions and deliver results.

Janna graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Janna joined The Bieber Group in January of 2018 and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector focusing on client relationship management working with high net worth and institutional investors. Immediately prior to Morgan Stanley, Janna worked at UBS Financial Services, developing, maintaining and managing relationships with institutional clients.

Janna currently resides in Long Island with her husband and in her free time she enjoys traveling, gardening and entertaining friends and family over new recipes she is eager to try.

We are pleased to welcome Paul Bernard Georges, Senior Registered Associate to The Bieber Group at Morgan Stanley. Paul brings over 25 years of Morgan Stanley knowledge and experience to our team, having held multiple positions within the Wealth Management Service Team. As part of the Wealth Management Service Team, Paul worked closely with the Midtown Manhattan Office Senior Management to help enhance the client experience and ensure high levels of client service. Paul is passionate about helping clients, supporting the team, and building meaningful customer relationships. Paul is a transplant from the U.S Virgin Islands and has been living in New York City since the age of nine. In his free time Paul loves traveling to different countries, challenging his sisters in baking and experimenting with new food recipes for his friends and family.

Rosario’s responsibilities include day-to-day support with client requests, performance reporting, account opening, financial planning, options trading, and all other aspects of our client’s daily needs. Rosario previously owned a retail arbitrage business and is dedicated to seamless service to provide the best possible client experience. Rosario received his bachelor of arts from Long Island University, majoring in Finance, minoring in Business Management. Rosario enjoys trying new restaurants in NYC, spending time with family, physical fitness, watch collecting, and the equities market. He is a NY native and currently resides in Dix Hills with his wife.

Ariella is a Client Service Associate at the dedicated Bieber Group, where she strives to be a trusted resource for clients. She was drawn to the industry for the way that wealth management and financial planning can empower clients to fulfil their financial goals. Ariella is a recent graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with dual majors in Operations & Analytics and Marketing. Growing up in London, Ariella now resides in Manhattan.

Izzy is an intern with The Bieber Group. Izzy is eager to learn more about the wealth management industry from an exceptional advisory team at a world-class firm. She is also deeply interested in the interaction between public and private markets and is excited to gain exposure to Morgan Stanley's comprehensive platform and global capabilities while building a foundation in client service and investment strategy. A New York native, Izzy graduated from Brown University with a BA in International and Public Affairs (security) and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
