Core Value Statement

These are the values that influence our every decision. They are the driving force behind each of our daily activities and are at the core of how we operate our practice.
    Icon Image
    Integrity
We place our clients’ needs and interests first. We are honest in our feedback and recommendations – even when the message is hard to deliver. We deliver a quality in, quality out process to follow through on our promise and value proposition to clients. We’re genuine and work to help elevate the dignity of those we serve and the people with whom we interact.
    Icon Image
    Humility and Gratitude:
As active listeners, we provide thoughtful advice to clients. We take care of the things we love while supporting a collective community.
    Icon Image
    Evolution/Personal Growth and Education
We believe in leaving things in a better place than we found them. We carry that out by providing education and support to people seeking financial freedom and wellness. In addition, we continue to further our education to increase our knowledge and deliver the best care possible.
    Icon Image
Sharing and Giving Back to the Community
We believe in feeding the community that feeds you through selfless giving. To do that, we help those who need loving action, not just monetary donations. In addition, financial education and nurturing the next generation are a priority for our team. This is reflected in our client relationships with the next gen, our community service and our commitment to education and growth.
    Icon Image
    Communication and Openness
Consistent communication is the salve for any relationship. To help optimize our team and client relationships, it's critical to practice openness and radical communication in the spirit of evolution. We communicate from the heart and the brain and are compassionate communicators when delivering our message.

Community Involvement

We are passionate about helping to better our communities and believe it is one of the most important things we can do. We are active in organizations that educate students in financial literacy and physical exercise and volunteer at non-profits that advocate for some of the leading health issues of our time. As avid bicyclists, we incorporate that passion into some of our volunteer work, as well.

The organizations in which we are currently active include:
1. Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association education for elementary and middle school students
2. Conference of World Affairs at University of Colorado, Boulder
3. Crested Butte Nordic Center Board Member
4. Out Boulder County Volunteer
5. There With Care - supporting families in need with children with critical illnesses
**Through Becky Batizy’s volunteer work she was awarded an honorable mention award from Invest in Others for 2023 and a $2,000 grant for the Colorado League. This money has been earmarked for the school’s scholarship program to provide children with bicycles.
