The Atlantic Heights Group at Morgan Stanley provides comprehensive wealth management to a select group of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Drawing upon the extensive resources and capabilities of Morgan Stanley, we advise clients whose financial lives often encompass multiple generations, business interests, concentrated investments, complex estate planning considerations, and evolving liquidity and capital needs.

Our clients include entrepreneurs and business owners, financial professionals, corporate executives, multigeneration families, as well as individuals across the sports and entertainment industries. While the sources of their wealth may differ, they share a desire for thoughtful advice, sophisticated solutions, and a team capable of helping them navigate the many interconnected decisions that accompany significant wealth.

About Eamon Dworkin

Eamon T. Dworkin is a Senior Vice President, Global Sports & Entertainment Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisor, and founding partner of The Atlantic Heights Group at Morgan Stanley. He advises high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families on the investment, planning, and strategic decisions that come with substantial wealth.

Eamon has earned Morgan Stanley’s Family Wealth Director designation, reserved for a select group of advisors who have completed specialized training focused on the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth families.

Eamon and his team advise clients whose wealth often spans multiple asset classes, entities, business interests, and generations. Their planning-driven approach brings together investment management, tax and estate planning strategies, concentrated positions, liquidity and lending solutions, private investments, and philanthropy. Working closely with their clients’ CPAs, business managers, attorneys, and other professional advisors, Eamon helps ensure that financial decisions are considered within the context of a cohesive long-term strategy.

As a Global Sports & Entertainment Director within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Eamon also advises prominent individuals across sports, music, and entertainment. His experience in these industries provides an understanding of the distinct financial considerations that can accompany highly successful careers including complex and variable compensation, tax planning, liquidity needs, and the long-term management of wealth.

As wealth grows more complex, Eamon believes an advisor’s role should extend beyond individual investment decisions. He and his team provide perspective, coordination, and thoughtful guidance across important financial decisions and different stages of their clients’ lives.

Eamon grew up in West Hartford, CT and earned his B.A. from the College of Charleston. How now resides in New Rochelle, NY, with his wife and their son. He is a member of the Special Olympics New York Leadership Committee and the T.J. Martell Foundations Young Professionals Advisory Council.

About Robert Eigen

Robert Eigen is a Managing Director and founding partner of The Atlantic Heights Group at Morgan Stanley. He holds multiple titles, including Global Sports & Entertainment Director, International Client Advisor, Family Wealth Advisor, and Portfolio Management Director.

With over two decades of experience in financial markets, Robert leads a team dedicated to serving an elite clientele, managing all aspects of their financial lives. He has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designations, underscoring his commitment to excellence in wealth management.

As a Global Sports & Entertainment Director, Robert is part of a specialized group within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, addressing the unique financial needs of sports and entertainment professionals at various career stages. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2009, following a successful tenure at Wells Fargo, where he guided clients through challenging market conditions, including the 2008 Financial Crisis.

Beyond his professional achievements, Robert is deeply involved in his community, with a particular passion for Autism Speaks, a national autism outreach organization. An avid wine enthusiast, he holds several advanced wine certifications and frequently hosts wine events. Robert and his wife, Maggie, reside in Boca Raton, Florida.

About Paige Philipps

Paige Philipps joined The Atlantic Heights Group in 2020 and serves as the team’s lead Registered Client Service Associate.

An integral part of the team, Paige is responsible for handling the team’ day-to-day operations and client service requests, which include trade support, as well as tasks such as checks, wires and account maintenance. Paige provides clients with extremely high-quality holistic service and is in constant communication with the other members of their teams. Paige also quarterbacks the team’s Financial Planning practice, working closely with clients and their business managers, CPA’s, agents, and attorneys.

Paige holds FINRA® Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is graduate of Bucknell University (PA) where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Economics.

Paige resides in Manhattan and enjoys all things music, spending time with friends and family, and sporting events, especially the half time show. She also has a passion for creative art projects including drawing, creating playlists, photography, and graphic design.

About Patrick Cefalu

Patrick Cefalu is a Business Development Director with The Atlantic Heights Group at Morgan Stanley.

Patrick received his B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Finance from University of Scranton (2011). During his time at Scranton, Patrick was a member of the university’s finance club and the varsity men’s lacrosse team. Upon graduation, Patrick began his career in finance at UBS in Tax Operations. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley (2017), Patrick worked at Nomura as a Rates Derivative Trading Assistant.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®), Patrick quarterbacks the team’s financial planning process, working closely with clients and the other members of their respective teams. His role also includes the creation and implementation of several highly customized trading strategies, including both options and futures. Patrick holds his Series 7, 63, 65 and 3 registrations.

Patrick resides in Garwood, New Jersey with his wife Minnel and their son, Ronan. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing, and staying active.

About Ryan Turck

Ryan Turck is a Registered Client Service Associate with The Atlantic Heights Group and is based in the team’s New York City office. His responsibilities include assisting the other members of the team with various day-to-day operations and client service requests.

Ryan holds FINRA® Series 7 and 66 licenses. He graduated Cum Laude from The University of Scranton (PA), where he earned a B.S. in Finance (2023). During his time as an undergraduate at Scranton, Ryan was a 4-Year Letterwinner on the Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ryan interned for a boutique wealth advisory practice and most recently, Ryan interned for Mirae Asset Securities, a New-York based entity that operates an institutional capital markets platform servicing institutional investors.

Ryan resides in Floral Park, New York. Outside of the office, Ryan is a workout enthusiast and competitive weightlifter.

About Meagan Scotti

Meagan Scotti is a Client Service Associate with The Atlantic Heights Group and is based in the team’s New York City office.

Meagan joined Morgan Stanley in 2023 and spent three years as a Financial Planning Specialist. Meagan worked closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, supporting several advisors on projects ranging from retirement planning to complex equity award analysis.

In her current role, Meagan supports the team across a wide range of service-related responsibilities. Including, assisting members of the team with day-to-day operations and fulfilling client service requests to help ensure maximum efficiency. She also leverages her planning background to work closely with clients on their financial plans. Meagan holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 registrations.

Meagan graduated from Colby College where she earned a B.S. in Philosophy, and a minor in Art History.

Originally from Bronxville, NY, Meagan currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Outside of the office, Meagan enjoys reading, playing music with friends, and spending time with friends and family.

About Tony Silva

Tony Silva is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in New York City.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Tony began his career in financial services in 1995, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. Prior to his current position, he was a Project Manager in our Home Loans organization. Prior to joining the firm, he held a number of roles at mortgage financing institutions.

Tony is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management. He lives in Livingston, NJ with his family. Outside of the office, Tony enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
