Approach
Discovery Process
Investing the time to learn about you and your family; your assets and liabilities, and the risk exposures, enables us to formulate strategies and customize the relationship to your needs.

Formulation of Tax, Trust, and Estate Strategy
Working with your tax and legal advisors, we help analyze your income and estate tax circumstances to identify and tailor planning techniques that may be used to address your objectives.

Creation of Customized Strategic Asset Allocation
Your customized asset allocation reflects risks, opportunities, and taxation across multiple entities, while integrating your investing and estate plans.

Integration of Tactical Asset Allocation
Short-term adjustments seek to capitalize on temporary market adjustments. We analyze the impact of taxes and trading costs on potential returns.

Implementation of a Customized Wealth Strategy
After comprehensive due diligence and analysis of expected results across multiple market scenarios, strategies are chosen from our expansive investment platform.

Ongoing Assessment
In coordination with your other advisors, we can conduct ongoing reviews and comprehensive reporting to ensure that your strategy adapts to changing financial and family needs.

Asset Allocation does not assure a profit or protect against loss in declining financial markets.

    Overview of Wealth Planning Structures
As the value of your company Increases, it can become increasingly difficult to effectively redistribute the wealth among family members. One solution to this dilemma involves establishing estate planning structures that permit beneficiaries to profit from the appreciation in company value while hopefully minimizing the impact of federal estate and gift taxes.

Brian Green | The Magic 8 Ball: What History Can Teach Us About 2025
It’s the time of the year that outlooks are published, and a New Year offers a clean slate for the educated analysis. However, it would be productive to look to history to help gauge where we could see things end up. Starting here could give us some context on the heels of 2 historically great years for the S&P 500. Will the good run continue? Will the market take a pause? Could we see excess triggering more than a correction? While not exactly a magic 8 Ball, could we find ourselves as John Maynard Keynes’ observed: “The markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent?” Or will it be a case where the market is amid what Sir John Templeton observed: “Bull markets are born on pessimism, grown on skepticism and die of euphoria?” We’ll dive into all of that in this quarter’s note.
