About Me

Vincent Tirino is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor. His experience centers on providing comprehensive financial guidance and solutions to finance
committee personnel that operate insurance entities and alternative risk structures.
Vincent has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. At Morgan Stanley, Vincent utilizes his experience in both finance and
insurance to consult high net worth individual and commercial clients to help manage assets and reduce financial exposure. Vincent consults finance committee personnel that operate insurance entities and alternative risk structures in various industries, including manufacturing, industrial, healthcare and telecommunications. He consults insurance company owners that maintain multiple lines of insurance coverage including: general liability, global property, workers compensation, medical malpractice and surety.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Vincent developed a business practice at Merrill Lynch focused on providing customized financial solutions for
domestic and international insurance companies and risk retention vehicles. This encompasses banking services, investment management selection and review, cash flow strategies, lending, alternative risk financing solutions, reporting, stress testing and risk management analytics.
Vincent used his experience and network in the risk management industry and focused on building a service model capable of providing integrated
financial solutions for onshore and offshore insurance companies and risk retention vehicles. This included insurance clients located in the some
of the largest onshore and offshore domiciles including, but not limited to: Bermuda, Dublin, Cayman and Vermont, ranging in asset size from 25
million to 350 million.
Vincent started his career at Marsh & McLennan, one of the largest providers of institutional risk management services worldwide. At Marsh & McLennan, he managed institutional relationships and consulted on risk management issues within their Global Services Group. Vincent worked with Fortune 500 companies on implementing global risk management programs. He was responsible for building global insurance programs and incorporating the use of alternative risk structures. He was also responsible for supporting the internal analytics team and providing clients with feasibility studies to evaluate the potential use of risk retention vehicles.

About Me

Gretchen began her career in finance as a Registered Client Associate working for Merrill Lynch in 2001. There she developed a client contact system for her group that increased client services, effectiveness and satisfaction.
In 2002, Gretchen became a Financial Advisor so that she could develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that would help her clients achieve their educational, retirement and next generational planning goals. After graduating with an Economics degree from St. Andrew College, Doug began working at US Trust Company as a Portfolio Manager. In 1975 he became a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch where he rapidly advanced. Doug was a member of the Chairmans Club, Circle of Excellence and Directors Circle. Over the course of his career at Merrill Lynch, Doug evolved a purely transactional business into a specialized practice that focused on customized blends of differenet money managers for his high net worth individuals. In 2012 he moved to Morgan Stanley so that he could transition his business and provide his clients with a comprehensive investment strategy that includes lending solutions, estate planning strategies and retirement solutions.

Sharon has more than 20 years of experience working in the Banking Industry and 2 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. A graduate of Bernard Baruch College, she holds a BBA in Entrepreneur Small Business Management. Her day to day functions includes but is not limited to month-end reporting with auditors, cash management operations, account service maintenance. In addition, Sharon is responsible for the overall service quality for our clients.
