    After setting your objectives, our team will create a customized written financial and investment plan. This will address income and retirement planning, asset protection, investment management, strategic borrowing, wealth transfer and business succession. The plan will include an asset allocation strategy designed to help achieve your financial goals in light of your risk tolerance and investment time horizon.

    After developing your wealth management strategy, we will implement a tactical global asset allocation for your investments which includes our Tax Management Services. Our team also work with you and your attorney to ensure your estate plan is in line with your objectives. This will include our consulting with you on your gifting program, philanthropic goals, and life insurance. Our team will also work with our Private Banker to assess and advise on your borrowing needs.

About Dustin Seidman

Dustin is a Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Starting at Morgan Stanley in 2009, he serves high and ultra high-net-worth clients. He was also named to the 2022 Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-In-State ranking for Pennsylvania. Dustin’s wealth advisory practice focuses on consulting to successful families and their businesses. Prior to his time at Morgan Stanley, he was a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International and a Senior Mortgage Banker at National Fidelity Mortgage. He is on the Board of Directors for JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia and serves on their Investment Committee. Dustin holds a B.A. degree in Public Relations with concentration in Strategic Communications, and a marketing certificate. While at Towson, Dustin was president of his Sigma Pi Fraternity International chapter. He also was a past member of the Tribe 12 Fellowship for social entrepreneurs. John is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Management Director, having worked at Smith Barney, now Morgan Stanley, since 2000. Prior to this he enjoyed a successful career in Clinical Psychology both at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and CHOP where he was Director of Psychology Training. He also taught at Villanova and Temple Universities. He received a B.A. degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and an M.A. degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Child Development, both from Temple University. John’s career in psychology and family therapy has given him an awareness of significant family issues related to financial matters. His ability to listen and respond to individual as well as family concerns is an asset in his working with clients. John served two terms as Board Chair for the Philadelphia Society of Services to Children and was a Board member of the Family Institute of Philadelphia. Earlier he was part owner of the Phila Spartans Soccer Club and a Vice President in the American Soccer League. Currently he serves as Emeritus Trustee at Muhlenberg College, where he served on the Board for 12 years. John is married to Stephanie and has two children and five grandchildren. About Michaela Kowatch

Michaela joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Registered Client Service Associate. She is responsible for coordinating and executing client service requests, holistically reviewing client relationships and supporting the Spring Mill Wealth Management Group.

Michaela originally stepped into a career in high net worth wealth management through a conversation with a member of the CrossFit gym where she was coaching. From this conversation Michaela joined a Wells Fargo team in Wilmington, DE – she spent the next 2 years becoming registered and learning the client service side of wealth management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Michaela spent a year at Alex Brown transitioning a book of business and supporting a group of advisors. Michaela studied marketing in the business school at the University of Alabama, where she was a D-1 Rower, and graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Michaela and her husband live in West Chester PA, where they recently purchased and completely renovated their first home. In her free time Michaela enjoys horse back riding, CrossFit and woodworking.

About Nicholas Cissone

Nick joined Morgan Stanley in 2024 as a Registered Client Service Associate. He is responsible for coordinating and executing client service requests, communicating with clients daily, and supporting the Spring Mill Wealth Management Group as a Client Service Associate.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nick spent nearly 3 years at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in a variety of roles. After graduating from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a degree in Marketing, Nick began his career working as a Relationship Manager for banking clients within Bank of America. After a year of managing these relationships, Nick transitioned to serving as a Financial Advisor for banking clients on behalf of Merrill Lynch. After providing advice and guidance for those clients on both their investment and banking needs, he started a new role working as a Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisor in Philadelphia focusing on high-net-worth clients.

Outside of work, Nick is a passionate sports fan and enjoys watching all Philadelphia teams as well as his favorite soccer team, Chelsea FC. Nick also has a passion for history and frequently visits all the museums Philadelphia has to offer.
