Meet My Team

About Ryan D. Suvoy

Ryan Suvoy is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Senior Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley. Based in Medford, Oregon, he has 20 years of experience running a Wealth Management practice for Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms.

Ryan creates investment strategies tailored specifically to each individual client and their needs. He believes in deep, caring relationships and spending time to understand what is important to each client to help align their investments with their objectives and appetite for risk.

Ryan received his BS in Economics with Honors from the University of Oregon. During his time at the University of Oregon, Ryan wrote an Honors Thesis on the topic of Experimental & Behavioral Economics. Ryan has a passion for understanding the emotions and psychology of investing in order to be the calm voice and steady hand during volatile times, helping clients achieve an increased comfort level in an uncertain world.

Ryan currently resides in Southern Oregon with his wife, Nancy, and their three children. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time with his wife chasing after their two young boys and new baby girl, supporting their various activities. Ryan also has a passion for fitness, golf, the outdoors, and supporting his local community.

About Christine Musillo

Christine has been with Morgan Stanley for almost three years. In that time, she has gained a wide base of knowledge as well as becoming fully registered. She continues to assist clients with their service related and administrative items. She excels in meeting the needs and developing relationships with clients.

She has worked in several different fields including a non-profit to fulfill her love of serving. Public speaking and personnel management are a few of the many skills she brings to her day-to-day work.

Christine and her husband of 30 years have eight children and five grandchildren that keep them very busy. When not working, Christine can be found on the sidelines at her children’s sporting events or at her quilting machine. Christine is available full-time Monday through Friday. About V.J. Chin

VJ Chin relocated to Southern Oregon in 2005. Born and raised in New York City, she moved from the Bay Area to Ashland with her husband to start a family.

VJ is responsible for marketing and communications, as well as refining systems and processes within Ryan's practice to ultimately help improve client engagement and client experience.

VJ’s history includes working in advertising and high tech. She was employed with Cisco Systems for 23 years in multiple roles and finished her career with Cisco as an Acquisitions Integrations Manager.

When not working, VJ is a busy mother to two teenaged boys, volunteering in Scouting, snowboarding with her family, and singing with the Rogue Valley Peace Choir.

About Ian McCormick

Ian McCormick is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Oregon.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Ian began his career in financial services in 2011, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Director of Business Development at Fort West. He also served as a Production Manager-Loan Officer at Churchill Mortgage.

Ian is a graduate of Oregon State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He lives in Portland, Oregon with his family. Outside of the office, Ian enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and rafting.
