About Me

Robert Debbs is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley who takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals through a thoughtful, client-first approach. With over two decades of experience across private and institutional wealth management, Robert combines smart, out-of-the-box thinking with a compassionate style, offering a “white-glove,” family office–inspired service tailored to each client’s needs.

Robert began his career as an owner-operator of a staffing company, which he successfully sold in 2000. He then transitioned to a new financial career in 2001 at Source Capital. Following this, he spent more than 20 years at UBS before joining Morgan Stanley in 2025. Robert holds a B.A. in Finance from St. Michael’s College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. His expertise in portfolio management and dedication to personalized strategies allow him to deliver lasting value for families, business owners, and individuals planning their financial futures.

Outside the office, Robert is the founder of Red Sneakers for Oakley, a nonprofit created in memory of his son to raise awareness of food allergies. The organization has reached millions worldwide and saved countless lives, earning him the Bank of America Volunteer of the Year Award in 2023. A proud husband and father of twins, Robert finds inspiration in family and community, values that continue to guide his professional and personal life.

About Me

Steven Colamarino is a principal partner of the Royal Palm Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He is an Executive Director, Portfolio Management Director, Certified Private Wealth Advisor, and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist TM. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2025, Steven was Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where he spent over a decade. He began his financial services career in 2007 in the Private Banking Division of Credit Suisse and also spent six years at UBS.

Steven builds close relationships with clients, helping them shape wealth strategies around their family goals. With the support of his dedicated team, he provides customized guidance and outstanding service. Steven has been consistently recognized among the top Wealth Advisors in the industry. In 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 he was named to the “Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list. Additionally, he was named to the “Forbes Best-in-State Next Generation Wealth Advisors” list in 2022. Steven holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations as well Life, Health and Variable Annuities insurance licenses.

Steven is actively involved in supporting several local non-profits; including The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, The Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults in Palm Beach, and Rosarian Academy. Outside of work, Steven enjoys golfing, traveling, and quality time with family and friends. He and his wife, Kelly, reside in West Palm Beach with their two children, Charlie and Lucy.

About Nate Frasier

Nate Frasier is an Assistant Vice President and Business Development Associate with Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nate was an Officer and Registered Wealth Management Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, where he spent more than six years supporting clients and financial advisors in the development and execution of personalized wealth strategies.

Nate began his career after earning his degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. He brings a client-focused approach to every relationship, drawing on his experience in wealth management and business development to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

Actively engaged in the local community, Nate serves on the Business and Professional Committee of the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Nate and his wife, Brooke, reside in West Palm Beach, Florida, with their King Charles Cavalier, Rowen.

About Tyler Stevenson

Tyler Stevenson is a Wealth Management Associate of the Royal Palm Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist with the College of Financial Planning. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2025, he was a senior Registered Wealth Management Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2019.

Tyler is a service oriented professional. He specializes in executing on wealth management strategies to meet client goals. Tyler was recognized by Forbes as part of a “Best-in-State Wealth Management Team” as a member of the Royal Palm Wealth Management Group in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Tyler sits on the Steering Committee of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County. He is very passionate about our community and giving back. When not at work, he can be found out on the water fishing or scuba diving or on a local golf course.

About Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown is a Client Service Associate of the Royal Palm Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. She supports individuals and families through financial planning, investment strategy, and long-term portfolio management. With a focus on values-aligned wealth strategies, Ashley helps clients navigate retirement, legacy, and wealth preservation goals.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Ashley was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and previously held roles across the White House, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, leading national initiatives and communications, economic development, and policy innovation.

Ashley lives in Delray Beach, Florida with her husband, Alex, and their dog Peanut. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
