About Christopher Prindle

A founding partner of The Royal Banyan Wealth Management Group, Chris Prindle brings his 35 years of experience in the financial services industry to the needs of wealthy individuals, families, endowments and foundations. In his role as the team’s Co-Chief Investment Officer, Chris crafts highly customized investment portfolios based on each client’s specific objectives, and offers valuable insights, perspective and knowledge through market and economic cycles.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, Chris spent 15 years as an Executive Director and investment specialist at JP Morgan Private Bank. In this role, he managed clients’ investment portfolios and handled portfolio construction, implementation and ongoing management. Together with his team, Chris delivered comprehensive wealth management capabilities to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

Chris began his career with First Union National Bank, where his positions included Senior Vice President and Investment Strategist in Wealth Management. His early-career experience at the firm included roles as an analyst and relationship manager, and he quickly rose to become the youngest partner in the firm’s Private Bank division.

Chris earned a B.A. in economics from Wake Forest University, and went on to become a CFA charterholder (CFA®) and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of South Florida. He also has been a distinguished guest lecturer in the Executive Forum Lecture Series at Florida Atlantic University College of Business.

Outside the office, Chris is a member of Men Giving Back South Palm Beach County, which supports charitable needs in the community. He is an avid golfer and enjoys swimming, skiing, hiking and traveling with his family. Chris and his wife reside in Boca Raton.

About Kevin Bryan

Kevin Bryan is a founding partner of The Royal Banyan Wealth Management Group and serves as the team's Co-Chief Investment Officer. In that role, Kevin advises clients on strategic asset allocation, tactical trading and opportunistic investment strategies. Together with his team, he tailors advice to address the specific investment, lending and estate-planning needs of successful entrepreneurs, business owners and families with multigenerational wealth. Kevin offers an experienced perspective, helping his clients think holistically about managing concentrated positions, private holdings, and diversification strategies to manage risk and liquidity.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, Kevin served as an Executive Director and Investment Specialist for J.P. Morgan Private Business Advisory in Florida. He worked closely with the firm’s strategy and solutions teams to provide clients with the firm’s best portfolio-management insights across various asset classes.

Kevin received his B.S. in finance and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida. He went on to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of South Florida. Earlier in his career, he served as an investment banker at Hyde Park Capital Partners in Tampa, representing corporate clients in mergers and acquisition, and capital-raising efforts. Applying his investment-banking and deal-making experience, he advises his business-owner clients on pre-transaction and advanced estate-planning strategies. Phil earned a B.B.A. from Stetson University and an M.S. in finance from the University of Florida.

Phil is highly active in his South Florida community, having served as Board Director and Secretary for the Palm Beach Symphony, Board Director and Campaign Chair for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, and Board Director and a member of the Investment Committee for Chapman Partnership in Miami. He has also served on committees for the Florida Atlantic University student-managed investment program, Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, American Heart Association, Trustbridge Hospice Foundation and Palm Health Foundation.

Kyle serves as the first point of contact for many client inquiries and service requests, and supports the team’s Advisors in a trading capacity, and the opening and monitoring of new and managed accounts.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2024, Kyle served as a Financial Solution Advisor at Merrill Lynch – Bank of America, gaining skills that effectively support the Advisors and clients of The Royal Banyan Group.

Originally from Syracuse New York, Kyle has spent the last three years in Philadelphia, before moving to Delray Beach, Florida, with his fiancée. In his free time, he enjoys staying active training for marathons, skiing and surfing.

Rob Ward is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Florida.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Rob began his career in financial services in 2001, and rejoined Morgan Stanley in 2019. Rob has over 8 years of experience as a Private Banker at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Client Advisor with Seaside National Bank & Trust. He also served as a Wealth Management Banker at Merrill Lynch and an Institutional Fixed Income Sales Representative at Vining Sparks IBG, LLP.
