Robert Duenner

My career in finance began on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange in the 1980s, and eventually took me to Lloyd’s of London overseas. When I returned to my hometown of Tulsa, OK, I knew I wanted to pursue a career helping individuals and families build their wealth as a financial advisor. That was 40 years ago, and I haven’t looked back since.

For 40 years I have been helping high-net-worth investors manage the complications that can arise in their financial lives. By developing comprehensive financial roadmaps for my clients, I help them navigate the nuances that come up when managing, preserving, and growing their wealth. My goal is to take the burden of these complexities off my clients’ hands so they can focus on the people, causes, and activities that enrich their lives.

I take the time to understand each client’s needs and design a plan to help them achieve their goals. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, I have strong roots in this community, and I am proud to work with many clients that call Tulsa home. From individuals and families, to small business owners and corporate executives, I have the knowledge and experience to understand the unique needs of a wide variety of investor profiles. Whether their goals are close at hand or in the distant future, I build customized portfolios tailored to the specific needs of each client. With my wealth of experience as a financial advisor, and the vast network of resources Morgan Stanley has to offer, I am confident my clients are in good hands.

    High-Net-Worth Planning
High-net-worth individuals and families deal with a unique set of financial challenges and complexities. After seeing nearly every investing trend come and go, I have a fundamental belief in the long-term benefits of comprehensive planning. A detailed plan can only be effective when the client’s needs and circumstances are fully understood by the advisor. I'll work with you to develop a complete overview of your goals, especially as it relates to legacy planning and wealth conservation. Working closely with your tax and legal advisors, I'll help you address the unique challenges of significant wealth.

    Business Owners
When starting a small business, it can feel like you need an army to get everything done. Success takes time and effort, but when you have the right team around you, that weight can be lifted off your shoulders. As a part of your team, I will bring the experience and knowledge needed to assist you with your personal or family finances while you run your business. At the same time, I'll provide prudent advice on your cash management needs, lending solutions, and succession planning for your business.

    Corporate Executives
You have worked tirelessly to climb the corporate ladder or build your business, and now find yourself in the corner office running the show. You’ve achieved the pinnacle of success in your career, but this position also presents you with a convoluted network of financial decisions that require attention. From stock options to equity-based compensation, I understand the nuances of these situations and can provide the necessary guidance to diversify your portfolio and bring clarity to those difficult decisions.

    Young Professionals
The journey towards substantial wealth often starts early, and there is no better way to begin than with a retirement roadmap. I work with young professionals and executives who plan to accumulate their wealth over the years – but the way those investments are managed can make the difference between achieving your goals, and falling short of them. Having an experienced financial advisor like myself in your corner from the start can help keep you on track towards your retirement dreams.

Financial Planning

The fundamental purpose of financial planning is to develop a strategy that helps clients meet their short and long-term financial goals. For some, that might mean building a customized portfolio to prepare for retirement, while for others, detailed estate planning strategies may be necessary to manage generational wealth. Whatever your needs and objectives, I can help you determine what your next step should be and develop a strategy to take action. Here are some of the financial planning solutions I can bring to the table.
