My Story and Services

Rada Halaseh is a First Vice President, Qualified Plan Financial Consultant, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® with The Eravest Group at Morgan Stanley. With over 17 years of industry experience backed by the global resources of Morgan Stanley –– she equips her clients with the tools and insights they need to help them thrive at every stage of life.

Originally from Jordan, Rada came to the United States at the age of sixteen to receive her bachelor’s degree from Spalding University. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Indiana University, Southeast while launching her career as a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. In 2022, she joined Morgan Stanley, earning the QPFC® and CRPC® designations. It’s this elite level of certification that allows her to provide creative, elegant strategies to help address the complex challenges of high and ultra-high net worth.

As the team director for The Eravest Group, Rada focuses on empowering affluent executives, business owners, retirees, and multigenerational families through sophisticated financial planning and tax mitigation strategies. Her goal is to help ensure every client’s wealth is managed with exceptional efficiency and effectiveness, so that each aspect of their financial life works in unison toward their long-term goals. By maintaining an exclusive client base, she is able to dedicate her full attention to each client, providing bespoke strategies that can transcend traditional financial planning. Passionate about philanthropy, Rada also focuses on helping her clients make a significant, lasting charitable impact. With strategic foresight and a global perspective, she helps to not only preserve wealth but seeks to help build enduring legacies.

Outside the office, Rada lives in the Louisville Area. Besides English, she is fluent in Arabic. Committed to giving back, she serves on the board of Community Services Project –– a nonprofit that helps provide job opportunities for people living with disabilities –– as well as the Earth and Spirit Center. As one of the few women to lead a team in her region, she has also worked actively throughout her career to champion women’s leadership in the male-dominated wealth management industry.

    As a licensed 30 year industry veteran, Michelle is critical to the development of the practice and the experience she provides to the team’s clients. She oversees the day to day operations and works with clients to execute complex financial plans. Michelle has a Chartered retirement planning Counselor designation (CRPC(R)) as well as an Associates degree in Business management from JCC. She also attended Indiana University Southeast and studied Psychology. Michelle is a member of the Psi Chi International society. Michelle resides in Louisville with her husband, Ed and Labrador, Lyla. They have a son, Corey, two daughters, Madison and Lindsey and three grandchildren.

    When Michelle is not serving clients you can find her spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, as well as volunteering to serve on the board of the River City Turners- a non-profit that offers a safe place for young kids in the south end of Louisville to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
