About Me

Philip is a highly experienced financial professional with more than 37 years of industry experience. He started his career in at Morgan Stanley in 1985. Prior to returning to the firm in 2022, Phil served as a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services Inc., in the company’s Conshohocken, Pa., branch.

Among the many services that he offers, Phil helps clients build a financial roadmap with personalized investment strategies and holistic financial planning. As a portfolio manager, he creates comprehensive investment models by investing in both equities and fixed-income securities.

Philip is a graduate of Penn State University, where he studied Finance and Accounting. He is an active member of his local community, having served in various leadership positions with the National MS Society, Golden Slipper, Friends of Children’s Hospital and Legacy Youth Tennis and Education.

Phil and his wife Jill reside in Lafayette Hill, PA. They enjoy spending time at the beach with their two adult sons Ben and Zack.

About Me

Daniel is a seasoned investment professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to returning to Morgan Stanley in 2022 -- he previously worked at the firm from 1996-2008, Daniel served as a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services Inc.

Daniel’s key areas of focus include financial planning, closely held small businesses and intergenerational family planning. As a portfolio manager, Daniel conducts investment research to implement in the team’s customized asset allocation strategies. Additionally, he is responsible for the design and operation of the group’s retirement plans.

In 2017, Daniel earned the highly regarded Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, awarded by the College for Financial Planning. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a degree in Finance.

About John Giapoutzis

He also won a competition in trading options on futures. In 1999, he joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management/Bank of America, as a Financial Advisor and Vice President. John then decided to join Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor and Vice President in 2013, attracted by the breadth of services to help meet his clients' goals.

He enjoys traveling with his family and participates in sports, most notably as a member and team manager of the Long Island Football and Soccer League. He is active in the community with a particular focus in health care organizations. John survives his wife Niki and has one daughter, Valerie - part of the other father-daughter duo on the team!

Roseann is a Senior Client Service Associate who has worked over 25 years in financial services -- 22 years with the Plotnick Forman Group. Roseann is the initial point of contact for the team’s clients. She is responsible for all administrative functions relating to account opening and maintenance, as well as new client onboarding and transfers. Additionally, she assists with daily cash flow needs, answers operational questions and schedules meetings.

Roseann loves spending time with her family at the beach in the summer. In 2018, she welcomed her first grandchild, Mia Rose. Roseann resides in Washington Township, N.J.

About Jaclyn Drobny

Jackie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who works as a Financial Planning Analyst for the Plotnick Forman Group. Prior to joining the team in 2017, she was a Senior Registered Client Associate with Glassman Walters Associates at Merrill Lynch in Blue Bell, Pa.

Jackie’s main areas of focus are assisting with portfolio analysis, implementing client strategy and servicing the team’s employer retirement plans. Additionally, she is the primary coordinator for the group’s financial planning concerns and the point person for all next-generation client relationships.

In addition to being a CFP® professional, Jackie holds the Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA registrations. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business.

Jackie and her husband Yoni live in Penn Valley, PA. In late 2023, they welcomed twin sons – Matan and Ezra. They enjoy spending time outside as a family along with their goldendoodle, Bagel.
