Duke began his career as an investment advisor in 1994 with Smith Barney, a legacy firm of Morgan Stanley. He earned his Certified Financial Planner™ credential in 2007, having completed many hours of classroom work, rigorous testing, and ongoing certification. Duke's educational background, experience and professional credentials have made it clear that intelligent, informed choices give clients their best opportunity for success. His clients agree, which is why they choose him, and also why they stay with him – they share a belief in goal-based, long-term financial planning.
Duke has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University, having earned his way by cleaning bathrooms. He also played football and hockey.
Duke lives in Needham with his wife Suzanne, and they have a son and two daughters. He is an avid reader, especially non-fiction books on U.S. and World history. Duke is also an active hiker, loves to swim in the ocean, and is a member of the Beverly High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
